Tower Hotel Aalst

Very nice room, centrally located. Great shower, good towels. Near to the main square. Good value. Would stay again. Staff was lovely.

All good but the a/c could be colder.

Amazing staff, great clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Aalst is so peaceful and beautiful. Recommend it a 100%. ❤️

The hotel has two designated spaces for electric cars, but I was unable to use them because patrol cars were parked in those spots. After mentioning it to reception, they reserved a space for us; however, other guests still used it, and when we finally had the chance to park, the charger was marked as out of order. That felt like a slap in the face.Additionally, our room was only cleaned once during our three-night stay. When I informed reception that the room hadn’t been cleaned and the bed hadn’t been made, the receptionist simply said the cleaners were too busy—no apology was offered. This was very disappointing and not what one would expect from a four-star hotel.Overall, the stay was okay, but I wasn’t impressed.

Nice clean hotel and great location, staff friendly and helpful, parking was available although 15 euros per day but cheaper than breakfast @25 euros per person

It was snowing outside

There was a planned power cut which I wasn’t informed about, since it was plannend a heads up would have been nice. So, no lights making showering and packing in a new place difficult, no coffee, no elevator … no discount on the room … not the service I was hoping for…

It is really nice located. Rooms are big and modern. Fully equipped.

25 eur for breakfast is too much. I would prefer to pay a bit more in the price and have it included. Cleaning service was what surprised me the most. They just clean the bathroom, but beds were a joke. They just moved the bed sheets (even left one of the pillows inside the bed sheets once). I’ve never experienced that, even more on a 4-star hotel.

Very close to the center of Aalst. Clean and warm room. The bed was big and very comfortable.

It was a bit expensive. Breakfast has an extra cost.

The hotel is extremely good and meets high standards of comfort and convenience. I absolutely recommend choosing the breakfast option on the roof of the hotel with panoramic views of the city. By the way, we were on a tourist visit to Ghent, but it didn't make sense to pay for an expensive hotel there, and they were all too expensive. Connecting a visit to Ghent with an overnight stay here is absolutely logical if you are coming by car.

Although the Hotel is relatively new and well maintained, the sealing of the windows has worn out to a good extent. We couldn't hide from the after-midnight chatter of teenagers in the alley below.
