The sauna is empty so I have it all for myself.

I requested a room with minimal noise as im a light sleeper. Unfortunately my upstairs neighbor was moving furniture in the middle of the night. When I reported this issue to the reception they gave me a reason that this will be impossible as the person upstairs is a very quite and very respectable man...shame because this gave me a feeling of their thought, that I should be lying and making the story up .

Very nice staff, great location, car parking available, nice reception area.

The room carpet was dirty and had a faint smell. also no water in the room.

I loved the quick check-in and check-out service, the reception was friendly and helpful.I like the nice comfortable bed and the clean room plus nice chair and cushions with nice colours.The white curtains and painting made the room look good!

One guy was trying to open my door with his key twice , but luckily he didn’t succeed! Maybe he didn’t find his own room number and came to wrong door, because the rooms’ number are on the floor not on the door!

The room was cumfatuble, the staff are very accommodating and friendly nothing was a problem. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty to choose from. The hotel is in walking distance to all amenities, bars restaurants, fast food and shops. I will defiantly stay here again!!

The only thing i could add here is the bathroom sink didn't drain very quick but nothing that a plunger would'nt fix. The bed had a dip in the middle so maybe a new topper or new mattress but nothing major.

All was exactly good at this hotel. A personal treatment by friendly staff. A very tasty and adequate breakfast. Nice room. All clean and practical.

In almost every hotel the downs for the beds are to warm. I always bring my own and first thing is that I have to remake my bed.

My room was too hot & the thermostat was not working, but I also did not report the issue.

I arrange breakfast for 2 persons ( my collogues from outside) and they charged me Euro 32 each , which is in view overpriced for that breakfast meal, that was the only minus point, all others were ok

We liked our room very much. Everything worked well. The hotel is quiet, well located and modern. As we arrived quite late in the evening, we appreciated being able to have a good pasta meal from the limited menu in the bar rather than looking for a restaurant in the dark evening. I also made use of the little sauna, which was very hot, and I had the place to myself! overall, very satisfied.The location is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Aalst, and an easy walk from the train station.

Neither of these things were a problem to us, but might confuse other people:There are no numbers on the rooms; we worked out which room was ours, and remembered which it was but I do wonder if other people may forget which door is theirs. Also, when I was booking, it took me a while to work out what was meant on the hotel website by "exclusive breakfast". This would normally be advertised in English as "excluding breakfast or "Room Rate".

Location is just perfect, calm and quiet even on Saturnay night. Furniture and ambience of the room is very nice. Also the breakfast is great.

Housekeeping did not speak English. Egg dishes of the breakfast were of low quality.

I believe you should give a facelift to the desks in the rooms

Very clean, good quality of beds, not so good for the pillows, excellent breakfast.

My compliments to the staff. They were exceptionally hospitable, and the first hotel in a long time that I stayed at who kept my towels hanging if I didn’t want to have them changed. Very pleased about that. The shower had a non-slippery floor, which was also welcome.

They still had mini-bottles of soap, body lotion and shampoo. I’d prefer a more durable option

The Aircon in the room was difficult to operate and did not seem to work in my room

Disappointing

Booking.com promised a balcony while booking the room. When I arrived, the lady at the desk said, they do not even have rooms with balconys, only the royal suite, which was not an option. As I specifically look for a balcony, this was very dissappointing, because I would have chosen differently, if I had known!

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Room very nice.

Parking I wish was free, but glad there was a garage.

the breakfast was poor compared to similar class hotels. It was also not nature friendly. Each slice of meat or cheese packed in a separate plastic bag!!

Absolutely satisfying experience in this hotel. Very friendly staff, from the front desk and the breakfast guy, to the housekeeping and especially the general manager, who gave me a very welcoming vibe. Everything in this hotel seemed perfect and almost didn't wanna leave, even though it's not really a low-budget hotel. Thanks to everyone for this great experience, including the other guests.
