It was in a convenient location for our journey.

The beds were too hard for my taste and it was very expensive for a budget hotel. Also nine euro extra for parking and seventeen euro for breakfast? Madness!

clean rooms, cozy bar, god breakfast

loud cleaning personnel + slow, room was only cleaned later afternoon just when i got back from a meeting and they took 2 hours to clean it but the cleaning ladies where from the morning making noise and doing very little.

Room was a bit damp, have mould marks on bed sheets. Room was dark and not as clean as expected

The room was very very dirty. Not just in places where it might be understandable in a hotel with such a low price but on very obvious places like the bed side stand. There was hair? Dust and crumbs left on both. Also there was dead insects all over the room. It looks like only the bed has been done but nothing else. Also no coffee or kettle in the room either.

Good location just off the motorway, had free parking in front of the hotel. had a lift to the floor I was on, walk in shower good for me. Breakfast included with the price, good selection of food.

The pillows were not to my liking, rather lumpy. No tea making facilities in the room.

Check in and check out was super easy. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. Shower has perfect too.

The one single chair was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Excellent location, easy access from the motorway. Good value breakfast.

A lack of channels on the TV, and a failure of the hotel manager to respond when I specifically wrote to him about this, having been PROMISED that he would respond. I do not see why "There's nothing we can do" is ever considered to be an acceptable position from an organisation's staff. There is ALWAYS something that can be done, such as "We will report this problem as soon as possible to ensure that it doesn't happen again".
