The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The rooms with view of the beach, ocean and passing by ships was splendid.

Maybe a bit away frm Gelibolu city centre but that gives the peace and quiet for those who prefer a quiet holiday away from crowd.

Breakfast service was slow, with the same options each morning for breakfast, and for example no cups, knives, available or food replenishments, on time and having to ask staff for these. The biggest problem was not enough English speaking staff making every step in communication difficult. Most staff were friendly.

The staff at the establishment are noted for being exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The premises are maintained with high standards of cleanliness, enhancing the overall experience. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of breakfast options, with the added benefit of an excellent location offering stunning sea views.

The breakfast kitchen needs to be mopped because the floors were sticky.

The number of parking spaces is limited and we had to leave the keys at the front desk for the car to be moved by the staff as needed.

Nice location, good breakfast, free parking space, polite staff, Hilton standard.I checked several hotels in Gelibolu and this is hotel is relatively cheap comparing to other ones (considering the cleanness and nice breakfast and sea view).

It is a summer place and we stayed end of September (still summer for Turkey). There were some taverns/restaurants near by which were quite noisy (music sound). We had to close the window and turn on A/C until midnight. When windows are closed, no noise. If you are an A/C person, than no problem. When i stayed in April, there were no active tavern or restaurant which was out of season.

Breakfast and Location ok. Staff were nice and friendly, though poor at service. Nothing more. Overall bad experience.

There was music pumping out both nights and it was difficult to sleep as the acoustic standards of the building are extremely poor. The aircon was difficult to use and keep going off. The phone to reception did not work and we kept having to go downstairs to reception with problems. There were not enough towels in the room and those provided poor quality. We requested more towels and toilet paper. It did not come, so we had to go downstairs to remind them.

While the focus of my stay was the welcoming atmosphere, it's worth mentioning that the hotel also offered comfortable accommodations and essential amenities. The central location made it convenient to explore the city, and the overall value for the price was great.

The property definitely needs maintenance. Bathroom was prepared fro 1 person (although we booked double). No utilities. House-keeping reacted quickly and provided required stuff.The location is very central but overcrowded and noisy.They say to have their own beach. There were sunbeds but no towels or staff @the beach.

The location was brilliant everything was ready when we arrived the staff were helpful and polite.

I expected more from a Hilton I didn’t want paper cups in the room. A coffee machine at breakfast. Pancakes at breakfast. Pool could be a little more cleaner.

Very clean, comfortable, very good food at the restaurant, breakfast was ok, good location, very nice pool. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help in any matter.

Good location. Lovely walk along the front into the old town of Gelibolu. Spacious and comfortable room. Good modern bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good parking. Good lifts!

Throughout our three night stay, the hotel was very busy and, although the buffet breakfast was excellent, the dining room was too small for the numbers which led to a very busy, noisy and rushed experience - not what we're looking for first thing in the morning...

The view to the sea and the location were great

We didn't like the breakfast, we didn't find it fresh.The beds were very small and uncomfortable.The towels and sheets were old and not in good condition. They gave us only 2 towels for the 3 of us and no towel for the hair.There were no shelves to leave our clothes, only 3 hangers, so it was hard to accommodate.The quantity of workers was probably low because they replied to messages and requests too late. For example, they knew that we would come with a baby, but because they didn't have any crib for her, they made a sofa bed by intending she would sleep there, which is, of course, unsafe. We had brought our own crib but they had not read our message before and that sofa bed left us no place to put the crib so we needed to call 2 times and wait 40 minutes until they finally came and unmade the sofa bed.

Staff could not understand English well, surprising as it says it is a Hilton hotel; when large travel groups appeared for breakfast early, all the cut up fresh fruit disappeared and no staff asked us if we wished to have some fresh. I tried to explain that the eggs had too much salt and it is harmful for me, it took a while for staff to understand and in the end they did reluctantly bring a small frying pan separately. In the beginning tehy kept on showing me a notice in the breakfast room: standard breakfast meaning no extra wishes are allowed. But I was not asking for extras: i was explaining about too much salt in the eggs. By the way, there should not be any salt in the eggs at all!

The property was clean and had a good location!Breakfast was also decent, in exception to the coffee. The attitude of the staff was excellent!

I believe such a hotel should NOT provide filter coffee..
