bathroom was not good, old. breakfast was not good

The facility is old. Mold in bathroom. Toilet seats are made for infants. They are old, very small, low close to The floor. The put in very tight place. Very difficult to use. Shower is old, very narrow tub. Mold visible in the old and cracked tile. No safe in the room.

The person who checked me in lied about everything. He assigned me a room with blackened and permanently shut windows. Refused to give another. The hotel was at 20% occupancy. Breakfast was menu selection at higher cost. no buffet. only instant coffee was offered. I was charged for each cup of coffee that made by the coffee machine as it was not included by price for breakfast.

The furniture was really bad specially the billows plus it was written sound proof room but it wasn't at all plus the sea view I actually got the room for was a partial view

Staff was cooperative and helping. The property was calm and clean. Near it there was a playground and a sea view.

It has a perfect location, unfortunately they wasted a good location

Room and bathroom had a very bad smell, bathroom very old and grimy, couldn’t sleep a single wink there was a compressor that started every couple of minutes right outside my window I complained about it but no action taken

Very disappointing stay. The furniture is extremely old and damaged, and the bathrooms are poorly maintained and not clean. This hotel is far below the expected standard and needs urgent renovation. Not recommended.

Everything was old. The hotel rooms need renovation. The bathroom was not clean.

Nice staff only one in particular, the one who brought us to our room. But other than that Nothing... worst hotel so far out of the 6 hotel ive stayed at here in eastern region.

Rooms! Mygosh.. it felt like i booked a 2 star hotel. No proper breafast buffet. Waiter only asked "cheese or vegies" not saying if those are what for. Asked if we like sausage. Only that, nothing else.

Location is great. Everything is close by. It’s on a beachfront so you can go anytime.

Bathroom equipment needs upgrade

I booked a room with a sea view at this hotel through Booking.com. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that no sea-view rooms were available. When I mentioned that I had already paid for and booked a sea-view room through Booking.com, I was told that the booking.com portal hadn’t been updated. Instead, I was given a room with no view, and I was unable to open the window. When I requested a refund, I was informed that my booking was non-refundable, as I had already paid through Booking.com. Additionally, I had paid for a breakfast buffet, but instead, I was provided with a very limited set menu rather than the buffet. I could have had very good meal outside the hotel instead hereDespite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful.
