Hometown Hotel - Lacson Bacolod

Location is good, at the city proper.

Cleanliness of the room is not good. I don't like the floor color, it looks dirty. The price is affordable.

very basic with decent wifi. inexpensive option to stay right on Lacson

Room was ok for price. but would not stay again do to strange email from hotel.

Hotel email saying if do not reply in set time they consider you no show. This means they rebook room to someone and still keep your cash. I did not see email till day after the stay. Lucky it was slow day and they let my wife stay. Feels like a scam

THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

There were no windows in the room. The main entrance is in an alley. There was a lot of debris in front and around the outside of the hotel.

The lighting is nice.

The rooms are big and clean. There is hot and cold water dispenser near the front desk.

Accessible to town proper, fast food, calea and sb. Also the wifi is superb.

The shower heating wasn't working and it was a bit dirty.

NONE!!! We have to move to another hotel because we can't even take a bath because of the rusty water. The bed are all stained.

0/10! SUPER DIRTY. Stayed here for 15mins only then moved to another hotel, we can't stand the dirtiness of this property. Floor is dusty. Room has millipede. Water pressure in the bathroom is super low. The water is rusty and brown. There is a dead cockroach in the pail of water. Towels provided were also dusty. The pillows don't have cover. Bed cover and blanket were all stained. When we told the staff that we will move to another hotel because of everything, they just looked at me, no refund. Not even an apology. Staff don't have accountability!

Actually, we just found this place on the app and thought it looked good. The location is convenient, close to the mall and the main highway and the price per night was just right for what we got

Even though they cleaned the room, it wasn’t that clean. I hope they can improve their place and listen to the suggestions of the clients who have stayed there.

It was quiet even if the room was near the lobby. A restaurant is located at the back for our meals so location is super convenient. Aircon (split type) can make the room super cold. The heater in the shower is perfectly working. WIFI and signal is strong so no worries with our communication and internet connection.

It was not to super clean tho. Matresses are not that clean too but I think sanitized enough. No cabinets for your clothes but if you are a traveller and just needed a place to sleep during the night, it's a good cost.

Located just along Lacson Street and the staffs are accomodating.

We were book at first in a room which is old and looks dirty. We dont like as well the room as well.We requested transfer to another room which is a bit better though the beddings have stains and the towels are old and torn.

The room is not clean. They did not change the sheet. There a lot of stains (which you will know, that they did not wash it).There still a fita wrapper and other things on the floor and under the bed from the previous tenants.The Cr is is not clean. The toilet bowl are full of stains. The toilet bowl wont flash, if you are going to poop or urinate, you already used 3 buckets of water but it wont flash!The towel? They gave us a torn towel.The wifi is not working. They dont have a kitchen. The main door closes at 12 mn so if you’re planning to go to a bar, then you need to get back to the hotel before 12 mn or else you’re gonna sleep outside.The room that I stayed first is not soundproof. You cannot sleep because you can hear all of their conversation, kids shouting or laughing, front desk scrolling her tiktok.I asked them if I can change my room since I cannot sleep because of them.They moved me to a tiny room. Its good because you can no longer hear them, however you cannot sleep because the aircon is dripping in your head. The bed, pillow and curtain is wet due to the dripping of the water coming from the aircon. I asked the staff about this. They just told me that they no longer have a maintenance, what they can do is change the pillow, and move the bed ??‍♀️Worst! Super worst! They did not even move the bed, I was the one who move the bed. They did not even change the bedsheet. I will not recommend this hotel. So dirty and no maintenance. There’s albatros in the CR as well ??‍♀️

Location is good. Center of downtown area.

Not so clean. Sheets are discolored. CR needs improvement and shower is not working.

Nothing I like this hotel not clean specially bedings comforter is not good smell same likes did not change in the previous customer who use it. I see there something dirty in the pillowcase.. I ask assistance with staff but they said they change but the smell is not good... No towel prepared in the room no soap nor shampoo... Low service, light switch is broken , hot and cold is not working I rate this hotel very bad experience or worse experience.. there is hidden charges I add 2 person and it was show the amount 1,696 when when i confirmed it become 1,986 it will added. For me its okay to pay but the facilities was very worse...

No anything good i found its all worse. I have no option to leave since wala na kming oras mag hanap ng iba pa dahil mag board exam na kmi pag ka aga and we need to study pa
