Go Hotels Plus Bacolod - Newly Renovated

Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Greeted everytime. Staff  was especially great!

Wifi was not so great

The room and the table too small.

Smooth Check-in with the family. Staff is really helpful since we had with us our elderly. Love the location near Rob.

The staff until now has yet to send the invoice. Been requesting it since we arrived but they don’t respond. Not good for business trips. Food is below average also

It's newly-renovated, clean, and accessible to Lacson street. It's quiet as well since it's few meters aways from the main road.

I wish the TV is working (can't use the smart app) and the shower heater is not functioning properly.

Close to the Mall and the price was right

I like the property’s location. It is affordable and the facilities are apt for it’s price. It is also very clean.

You have to manually get water downstairs.

The staff are very helpful. They assisted us all throughout because my mom is a PWD. They even provided us a taxi who is also very helpful. The hotel is also clean from the lobby up to our room.

We were warned regarding the noise on repairs a d Improvement. But not about the smell of paint. It was given attention when we complained. Also need to make the rooms senior friendly. Also make space for luggage.

I have stayed at Go Hotels Bacolod several times and its been consistently good. The daily rate is budget friendly, the hotel is very accessible to a major mall and the airport is reasonably near. Staff are always pleasant and even though parts of the hotel are being renovated, it didn't bother me at all.

I was getting emails that I should update my credit card details with Go Hotels (I verified with them when I arrived and they said this is not their policy) which is obviously a scam and this is a big disappointment since I've been using Booking for years already. This is the first time this happened and I even still got the emails even after checking out. I hope Booking management can fix this since I am now not sure if I will use Booking for my next trip.

Near Robinsons and easy to go anywhere.

Smells old and bathroom is hard to dry towels A bathroom too moist. No resto only open for breakfast.

Near the venue where we had work. Parking is good.

Need more customer service, breakfast is poor - served me cold straight from can sardines, hand geld ahower not working, no hot/cold water, no bedroom slippers, dirty tiles, poor wifi

Your staff, in the afternoon shift I checked in last Feb 20, 2025, and she was very attentive and she explains well about the issue of my booking.com. She checked that I needed to pay the hotel room and in case of double charged, I just needed to e-mail the hotel. I am sorry, I forgot her name. Your security guard is beneficial for carrying my luggage; there is no need for me to call his attention. I was even offered a water to drink because she noticed I was catching my breath while waiting for my room to be available.

there is an issue with your exhaust in the restaurant. Please have it check.

Not worth the 33 € I paid

No cupboard or a rack to hang my cloths. Even no cloth hangers in the room to hang my cloths, no chair. No toiletries. I have to ask reception for cloth hangers and hanged it on the wall. Very poor. When I asked to upgrade to a better room, was told I have to pay for my upgrade though as a Genius member I am entiled for free upgrade. Final Never again.
