L'Fisher Hotel Bacolod

The room was extremely nice & comfortable. Quite clean & housekeeping available for any extras you might need. You had a spa within the hotel for massage if interested, and everyone in the staff was extremely polite.

the menu was limited with its selection, and with the swimming pool on the roof, there was no clear marking on a route to actually get up to it anywhere.

The staff is excellent and the rooftop pool is really nice. Food is also really good.

The wifi doesn't reach most rooms and only available in lobby area. The water pressure with shower was really bad. There was a lot of construction going on during my stay which limited my sleep.

Didn't know there was 3 towers. Made reservations online and ended up in the old tower. Very sub standard room. Not clean. Problems with the TV and shower.

Dress code for breakfast! Can’t wear cut off shirts or tank tops!. First hotel with breakfast dress code!I stayed in a 5 star hotel with no dress code for breakfast!

Staff service is excellent—everyone welcomes you with a smile and genuine hospitality. Breakfast was okay, but it no longer stands out as the best in Bacolod as it once did.

Unfortunately, the rooms feel very outdated. Curtains and carpet are worn, hot water only works intermittently, the mattress is too firm and the yellow lighting makes the room seem dark. The toiletries are basic, more like what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Overall, the condition of the rooms lowers the value of what was once one of Bacolod’s most reputable hotels,

It was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. And the location was excellent.

We were given a room that very different from the pictures on Book.com. It was very old, musty, and had only one bed, not two as shown in the pictures. When we requested a change in rooms, we were moved to a better, newer room with two beds. Seemed strange.Hand towels were not provided on the second day.

Top notch staff!! A great pool area and a buffet that is out of this world!! Great location

The hotel is old and needs updating. Cockroaches in their lobby and in the dining area were found. The room leaked of rain water and we had to ask to be switched to a different room due to this. In the middle of the night. The shower was funky and overall the hotel needs an upgrade.

The late check-in went smoothly and the welcome when we arrived and walked through the door was good. The breakfast buffet had a great spread. Also, the front desk staff was helpful to get us to catch our grab ride.

The shower placed within a tub, made it hard to enter especially with bad balance.

During our checking process, the receptionist told us that buffet breakfast is included with out one night stay. 2 adults and one(1) 9 year old kid, as I paid for 3 person.When I went to the front deck after our breakfast to let them know about the AC issue in our room 314 that we're making annoying noise from the old window AC, and the buffet incident, the morning staff (lady front desk) had asked me if "I know" who was the receptionist that helped me with the check-in lastnight. I said what? You should know who the name of the person since you took over the evening shift.I wasn't going to say anything about the AC, but because I had to pay AGAIN, that's when I got upset.Would I stay here again? I would! I will ask that they write down everything so miscommunication can be avoided Location is very good and the breakfast buffet was good. Most of the staff were also good. NOTE: We/I didn't take photos of the hotel, but we went to C's Cafe, next door adjacent to L'Fisher hotel.

I think it is overpriced for this kind of hotel . Antiquated . Especially the bathroom.

Feels like home, staff are great, bkfast the Best.Pool the Best.
