Everything was great. Staff were great, facilities were great as was the parking and location.

I stayed in room 265 on the ground floor. In the room above me, someone was marching across the floor continuously until almost midnight. The noise from the room above is terribly loud in room 265 which kept me awake. The noise also travels down the bedroom walls. The noise of water flowing through water pipes from other rooms is quite loud.

the room was nice , fresh and clean , the bed was a king size pleanty of room.

i dont have anything bade to say about the stay .

The rooms were very comfortable and the pool and restaurant were great.

Location was perfect. Nice to stay where the air conditioner and fridge were quiet. Restaurant meals were outstanding. Presentation was great and menu interesting. The restaurant was a lovely styled venue. The reception staff were very helpful.

A tad musky in the room, but after opening the windows and airing it out for a little bit. Wasn't as bad

From the time we arrived until the time we left everything was perfect, also found the effort to approve early check in with no hesitation which helped us immensely, this will be the only motel we will stay when in Mackay and will also put our workers here when we need too..

Warm up the pool! Would be better if the kitchen facilities were equipped. There was a BBQ available but no plates or cutlery to eat from

the service motel was awesome to stay

the roller door for outside rattled the whole time throw nights kerp awake lol, also when left sign out clean bed was not made with clean sheets

Friendly staff and cleaning everyday.

Stains on sheets and towels. Geckos on the premise not the room.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff member at reception, room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of toiletries. The bar and restaurant were very good, had the best Thai beef salad I've had in a long time.

Plenty of parking, convenient location and decently priced. Had all the basics. Despite being on a main road, the rooms were quiet. There are multiple air conditioners in the two-bedroom apartment that worked great and kept us cool in the QLD summer. The staff were friendly.

The rooms were dated and could use a good clean. The sheets had some stains.
