location was suitableit had a pooldecent size bathroom area

cutlery was dirty- looked like someone had just cleaned it with their mouth and replaced into the drawer and when asked for clean ones it was an effort- they HAD to clean the ones I gave them as dirty rather than just get new ones.Internet was not available between 8pm - 6am which was not great.Pool floor was very slippery and no shade around the pool area.Staff parked their car in the spot for my room and I was told, just find another park. So when the person 3 rooms up further asked why I was parked in their spot I told them they've parked in my spot and told me to take another spot. Neither of us were impressed as its a domino effect. There was a parking space on the other side of their office that remained empty however.

Dirty, mouldy, outdated and extremely rude staff.

Staff were lovely, tv and wifi provided. Complimentary milk. Pool access good

The property was clean however, we found false lashes sticking to the shower frame.

Location was good for my requirements (visiting family) but under a flight path and on the Bruce Highway, so noisy at times.

The room backed onto a street with no fence or gardens. Couldn’t open the curtains due to privacy and who knows when they were last cleaned. Dirty to look out of. The place had apparently had a refurbishment recently but couldn’t tell. General cleanliness was lacking. Rooms not serviced whilst we were there (4 nights). Overflowing rubbish bins outside unit a few doors down not emptied during our stay. Showers dirty - no way these could have been new. Shower door very insecure - was afraid it would fall off. Grime around shower floor and screen. Mould behind bathroom door, exhaust fan didn’t work. General grubbiness behind front door of room. Could do with a clean. Microwave was unclean. Plates and cutlery not properly washed. The room had a bench to prepare food but no sink. Had to use the bathroom sink. Pool area was a bit tired looking and no privacy. The place needed a good scrub. The rooms looked okay during ‘walk through’ on website but it didn’t include the bathroom. I now know why.

Central location

Would have liked more thicker blankets.And i did not like people ignoring the no smoking signs in front of room's and were smoking. It smelt disgusting, and the smell came into the room.

Goog value for money in a good location for overnight stay.

Microwave wasn't clean. The shower didnt seem to be clean as there was sand in the floor and visible marks in the ebathroom mirror. This could be improved.

Wouldn’t stay here again

I booked for 2 nights as I had an event that I wanted to be ready for and rather than do an early check in I decided on 2 nights, I thought it would be in the 1 room instead they made me stay at 2 different motels and when I booked out of one I had to wait around a couple of hours until like 11 am to book into the second room/motel. Not impressed.

Clean, comfortable and very little traffic noice, except from air traffic. Easy access.

On the edge of town easy to find

Road noise and barking dogs echoing through the room constantly all night

Very clean Comfortable bed Great hot water and pressure

Room size and ammenities were good.

Pool area doesn’t look as nice as the pictures.

The place was clean and tidy. Convenient to the centre of town

The pillows were horrible. Out of the 4 in the room, I couldn’t find one that I could sleep on. The bed was hard and the light couldn’t be turned on in the bathroom as the exhaust fan made a horrible screeching noise.

Conveniently located near where I needed to work. Beds comfortable and bathroom clean.
