Room was only on 2nd floor with limited view of harbour - last visit higher up and with better harbour views - but clean

Was not the cleanest place hair still on bathroom floor the mildew in the shower was horrible also the bed was hard as a rock the balcony was dirty with old mildew flaking off the ice tray wasn’t fully and smelt bad
We were upgraded to fourth floor as we had previously stayed ,view was nice ,but the air con in bedroom was very noisy ,bed comfy,room was clean .had evening meal which was very good, best steak we have eaten for a long time.pool and pool area was good.

We had the spa suite there was Mould in the shower, also the tv was terrible in this day and age and for that price point it should be a smart tv with YouTube and Netflix ect

The staff were extremely accommodating especially during a busy period and went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were clean and tidy and always stocked up with the necessities.Room service was great and also prompt.

Didn't like how there was no Netflix or anything like that but normal TV channels with bad reception.The gym is basically non-existent, can't call 2 outdated treadmills a gym..
