Little bit pricey for what you get and how old it is

Staff are friendly

Rooms are very run down the one we stayed In had holes in the walls that were only half fixed the door handle on the front door did not work looks like it’s been opened with a crowbar and kicked open

Location was good, with great air conditioning and a spacious room

Bed was terrible, felt like we were lying on cement.

Pool

When we arrived there was a dirty towel in the bathroom, a piece of pizza and a can of soft drink in the fridge and there was damage to the main door which was very disappointing

We booked in at 3:40 and went to the room, there was a smell in there and the floors felt sticky. The shower mat had a big hole, there was mold on the ceiling and the shower screen and the fridge was dirty. We checked out at 5 the same day. The room was not as the pictures inferred. Could not stay as it felt unhygienic.

Good location at least, on main strip

Not even a bowl for breakfast in the morning. Not even a plate but some oval shaped thing. No little bit of milk for coffee either. Talk about stingy. One chair at the table…

There was nothing at all to enjoy with this accommodation.

Room very out dated, bed hard as a rock and the laundry facilities were dirty and to top it of the dryer didn't work and the owner refused to refund the $4 that was wasted on it.

Not good at all best part was leaving in the morning

Room size.

There was nothing provided, they had a toaster and microwave in the unit but no cutlery, plates, milk and only one tea bag. The bed covering was not clean and should have been changed after each visitor which clearly it wasn't. Cigarette buts left outside in a sand container, not emptied. The motel seemed to cater for workers and not passing public. When I asked for plates and cutlery I was given them reluctantly and told they get thrown away by people staying or broken or taken, that being the reason they are not in the rooms. Surely for "normal" people booking in, these facilities should be provided. The units in general needed a revamp.

Big and spacious room

Being a spa room and double the price of a standard room, we expected more. The room had no corkscrew, wine glasses, plates or cutlery, had to cut our cheese and crackers up with a Stanley knife from my toolbox and push the cork into the bottle with a screwdriver. No water, and no milk to make a cuppa. Very poor , very disappointed

Didnt really think much of this one.

Didn't feel clean, it was dated, no check in the room to see if everything worked. Lamp on side table not working. Shower head needed to be fixed. Side table next to bed uneven as if one leg was missing. Curtains not fixed. Pillows awful and no extra ones. Headed attached to wall so when you sat on bed and lent on headboard the bed rolled away from the wall. There were castors on the bed that were not locked. Could be dangerous to unsuspecting person.

Very clean and comfortable staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect

Nice firm bed

Too many riff raff staying there, had a man in the next room with mental issues and the cops/ambos turned up. He started banging loudly on the door. Next morning his mum turned up yelling at someone using unsavoury language. Not nice when you have kids. Rooms need freshening up, bit outdated.

Room was spacious, and clean

Tv reception bad couldn't watch tv at all. No extra pillows, no tissues, no lights on in corridor upstairs or stair well at night but rectified later.

In the beginning the manager was attentive and approachable. Then after I had some visitors he changed. Loved being kicked out o to the street for, quote manager ‘you did nothing wrong but if you’re not here the people/visitors will keep coming here!!’ Not sure why, if we follow the rules, he banned me.

The manager watching us on the cameras then making comment the next day. Manager also mentioned watching me pace around all night. we are adults and I don’t need permission or feel some kind of way

Friendliness of staff. Restaurant food was great. Great location

The staff in the restaurant area , spooked my partner , and then I went in there and it was a very weird situation the dark skin Indian man with the beard hid behind a post and something

Easy check in and location suited me.

The bed was so hard that I found it very hard to sleep.
