We always stay at Ocean International when travelling to Mackay, the staff service, room and restaurant have never dissapointed.
Comfortable and spacious rooms with easy access. The dinning was wonderful and even though we arrived late the staff made sure we had a beautiful meal and were settled easily for the night. All the staff are friendly and helpful with great attitude towards their guests. We visit through regularly and will always stay with Oceans if there's a room available.
The restaurant has amazing food. The rooms were clean. Pool was a nice vibe. And its an easy walk to the beach.
Having cocktails in our room and great spa bath

Breakfast was incredible. We had the waffles and Benedict. Large meals and great coffee. The room service was OK. Fast delivery. We shared the pizza. The room service meals were a little pricey.
Friendly, helpful staff, large, comfortable room.
Very stuffy in bathroom. Small thing only. Overall excellent.
24/7 check-in. I arrived just before 9pm and was greeted by Hannah who was extremely helpful and friendly. I always feel comfortable and safe staying here when I travel alone with the kids. The restaurant is always a winner - beautiful food, great coffee, friendly staff.
Was a great room w/ ample space and we had a good view.
Asked for the fridge to be repaired due to being on a lean and leaking water and nobody bothered to come. Husband ended up fixing it.
Nice location, friendly staff, good room, onsite restaurant
Walls very thin, could hear people in room besides us talking, baby crying, etc
