Comfort Resort Blue Pacific

The apartment was so clean fresh and modern. It made me consider living there permanently. So quiet too. The lady in reception who took our booking was engaging funny and made us feel welcome.

We stayed in a small, but well designed one-bedroom unit with all mod-cons. TVs in both living and bedrooms. Very comfortable sofa/armchair. Short walk to a lovely beach. This stay provided a little bit of luxury as part of a multi-stop trip. The hosts were very personable and friendly and very responsive to our enquiries.

Great option for overnight, large apartment, very well fitted out. Managed to get some washing done. Pretty good overall.

We liked the location, a short walk to the beach was great. The bed was very comfortable.

The units are very close, so when someone was leaving @5 am or watching a movie a bit late, it was disturbing our sleep. Esp 5 am The lights in the room were extremely bright we had to put a t shirt over it in the evening trying to relax. I know that for most people it's not an issue but such bright lights even at the bedside table were very uncomfortable for us.

The manager was very welcoming and friendly and a pleasure to deal with.The unit was very clean and well presented inside.The unit kitchen came with every utensil you could ask for.Whilst the interior of the unit was dated and old, it was still a comfortable stay.p

There was only a half roll of toilet paper with no spares rolls. The last piece was folded into a triangle so the cleaners knew there wasn't much.Beds weren't the best. 2nd bedroom had a really bad mildew smell.The furnishings were very old,

Good location, good pools. Nice beach walks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Probably the ants. Lots of large ants coming through cracks in brickwork crawling all over the ceiling. This could be just due to the humidity in Mackay. And the furniture was a bit outdated.

Nice well appointed apartment. Has it's own access to the beach.

Had no outside space of its own.

Everything, quiet, the view was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to welcome us.

The location was awesome with a great excess to the beach. Shame the weather wasn’t the best.

The room wasn’t very sound proof the room next door was using their washing machine which vibrated our toaster on our bench.They were very heavy walkers and talkers. For the price I didn’t think it was value for money.

Amazing location and lovely staff

Far too noisy. We were woken up daily by the people next door just walking around, not something you can mention to the staff but you hear every foot step and every cupboard opening and closing. For this reason we didn’t find it comfortable at all.

We were upgraded to beach front unit. Very comfortable, cozy, clean with everything you need.

Probably just not having main tv channels. But thankfully there are a lot of digital / movie channels available if you want to chill out.Dated property / unrenovated, but very cosy and very well maintained

Lovely quiet tropical location with easy beach access. Arrived early and was cheerfully greeted. Comfortable accommodation.

Staff were friendly and helpful but unobtrusive when not required. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything needed for self catering stay. Resort is right on Blacks beach.

Outside of the resort and beach there are not many facilities within easy walking distance.

Great views and ground. Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Was exactly what we needed for our stay, will happily return next visit again and recommend to others.

Everything was great, besides no pegs for the outside clothesline.

The bed was the most comfortable that we have ever slept in any Resort we've ever stayed at.

The bathroom was the smallest we've ever seen!The driveway was very difficult to get in and out of due to the palm trees down the middle of the thoroughfare.
