Infested with Crazy ants!!! ants got into our food and had toe thrown out.. Bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a jet liner (busted bearing). It was raining and water seeped in onto the carpet like really bad and started to smell.

Lack of PowerPoints next to beds, consumables that should have been replaced (knives)no exhaust in bathroom.

Spacious apartment, nice location and views, free parking, all needed amenities provided, washing machine and dryer were helpful,

Parking seems a bit congested sometimes.

The room was huge and very comfortable. I appreciated that there was an elevator to my floor. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. Everything was lovely and close to everything we could possibly need.

The location and view was good. Access in and out was easy.

Parking spaces were tight and most were reserved by permanent / semi permanent residents. The rooms were aging and poorly maintained. Ie, A/C brackets were attached with tiny screws straight into gyprock with no wall plugs and simply fell out when touched. Door closers were missing and bump stops broken off. There was lots of superficial damage to doorways and paintwork. Basic cutlery and cooking utensils were missing or in poor condition. Light switches were mounted weirdly low on walls - waist height rather than shoulder height, which made them well within reach of toddlers. No hot water for duration of stay.

The location is good, nice and quiet. The executive suite is spacious.

The apartment was tidy but definitely not clean. Thick set of dust around, near bedside tables and behind beds. One cereal bowl for the entire apartment. It felt like no one had stayed in the room in several months based on the dust, marks, stains and the state of the main bathroom. Beds need replacing and the use of fitted mattress protectors - you can feel the springs in the king bed. Limited cutlery. We were unable to connect wi-fi to the TV to utilise streaming apps, had to use our own data. We called the number provided and they couldn't help either. The information sheet needs to be updated as the wi-fi that's noted in the instruction sheet doesn't exist. We were really disappointed with this place, and we booked it for the full kitchen - there was no point in really cooking anything based on the limited cutlery, serving bowls etc.

I found the access to reception confusing as the door appeared locked. I tried calling reception several times but nobody answered. Luckily, a staff member was walking past and I could access reception and collect my keys.

Location. Room set up was nice. Great to have washing machine and cooking facilities.

Noisy. You could hear other guests all night. Loud plumbing ect.

•washing machine was broken .. didn't rinse during any wash cycle so couldn't use it during our 4 night stay •loungeroom air con was not working properly •screen door to balcony kept coming off the runner •all ceiling fans were very dusty •no tv in bedroom's •loungeroom tv was very small for the size of the unit •was expecting more for an advertised 2 bedroom "executive unit" than what we arrived to

Nice self contained unit.

No shelf in the shower, was broken and been removed. Shower attachment also broken and taped to hold in place, preventing vertical movement up the rail.My biggest issue was with the main door from the foyer into the garage. On the foyer side there has been placed a large stainless-steel protective "cover". This cover goes from the bottom of the door to about 200mm below the door handle. When you open the door the handle goes past the line of the protective stainless-steel sheet, the top of the sheet is very sharp, and I cut my finger on it while opening the door. This is not the first time this has happened while staying at this place. I raised it with the front desk, they did not seem too interested in the issue, I even offered a solution to fix the issue. Noting had been done by the time I left to remedy this health and safety issue.

Terrible.

The room was dirty. The carpets had big stains on them. The shower recess and surrounds were mouldy and rusty. I booked for two single beds as I was travelling with my 50 year son and they gave us a king bed. The room was too small for a king bed. There was a hole in the wall. The windows were too high to see out. When I complained, the staff were friendly and apologetic blaming staffing problems.

Property was not cleaned,it looked like it has not been cleaned in years contrary to the pictures shows clean which mislead.

Hygiene

the room was what we ask for except.

all the dinner plates and side plates were dirty. We went up and down in the lift four times before someone told us we had to swipe first. no instruction on how to use the lift with swipe keys. there was mould, i ask for a double and two singles. we had to seperate the two singles as it was made up to a double not enough knife and forks,

Location was good

Facilities were poor for a long stay. Washing machine didn't work. Unit was a bit outdated and not very clean.

Living at Pacific Sands] has been awesome! The place is clean, quiet, and feels super homey. My apartment has a great layout with lots of light, and everything works the way it should—no weird surprises.

Need some modern furniture.

We were on the eight floor so it was quiet

Fan needs cleaning and dents to n walls need fixing. Needs a good clean.

Room was dirty.Tables and cupboards had food and smudge marks, dust on bin in bathroom, dusty fans, mould on ceiling, dirty used bandaid in the blanket from the cupboard.Room smelt of stale Chinese food and made my daughter nauseous. Couldn't air it out.Very disappointing for the price.

The view was amazing and the bed very comfortable

The elevator was broken on 2 occasions and we had to walk up and down 8 floors of stairs. - The aircon filter blades were missing and the fridge door rails were broken. Only having 3 pillows available for a king bed. Also it appeared the rubbish shoot had an issue as the room it was in was stacked with rubbish to waist height
