Friendly man at desk saved our commodore from being stolen and moved us into a room where we could park out back under the view of cameras

Great location. Clean and very comfortable. All amenities Inc BBQ and pool!

Not ideal with toddler to stay more than one night, due to carpark being just outside the door. No where to run around. Otherwise perfect.

Beds were comfortable. The view was good from the balcony.

Safety was a huge issue. There was no smoke alarm in our room. Railings on staircases were unsafe. Our shower screen was missing a panel so could not be closed which meant that the floor got wet - again unsafe. Kitchen cupboards were falling apart. Overall, this was definitely not worth the price that we paid.

Breakfast was simple but free , rooms recently renovated and very clean , hosts were very friendly , great location with free parking onsite.

We had one of the refurbished rooms and what a delightful, intelligently designed tastefully appointed room it was. It wasn't just a room, it was a holiday space. The decor fitted the theme of a beach break and was as comfortable as attractive. The long bench with under storage allowed for everything to be stored away neatly with no mess or trip hazards. The board with pegs for hanging clothes is much nicer than those gloomy small cupboards usually found in motel rooms. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Pillows smelled clean and fresh. The pool, just outside our balcony door, was clean and had sensible swimming hours. The hosts were friendly, helpful and always accommodating.

Location only , room was changed on us ,it wasn’t what I had booked .

Host changed room on us and then changed it on booking as well .

Location location right opposite the bridge and the comfy bed and room Was a short walk to the Bellview hotel which is huge and has a pool inside the pub and amazing food

Can’t really say I didn’t like anything

The managers were excellent as my husband got sick after two days had to take him to JHH the managers were happy to let us use the rest of our holidays when we are able lovely people great pool close to every think thanks once again Rhonda and Richard Hasler

We would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

The room we stayed in was in desperate need of a makeover. The wallpaper was peeling at the seams, there were patches of paint missing from the walls and the ceiling. The air conditioner and a light fitting had been replaced but you could see a strip of the old paint (cream coloured) that had not been painted over by the new paint (mauve coloured), cheap and tacky, no attention to detail !The parking situation was awful, there wasn't enough room for everyone to park their vehicle in the gravel car park.
