Tuncurry Beach Motel

It was close to most things. I liked the hotel's bbq area. Pool was good as well.

The owner appeared a little angered by teenagers and would speak to them aggressively when they were by themselves but was appropriate to them when teenagers were with an adult. I overheard this and didn't think my children were rude or inappropriate.

We had very noisy neighbours - their children were loud and boistrous - didn't quieten down till after 10.30pm each night.

The staff were rude not helpful the door was stiff and slammed every time you tried to close it

Needs a new bed mattress and blanket. Shower poor only luke warm water

I had a disturbed sleep due to traffic noise through the night.

There was truck noise through the night, due to the motel's position close to the main highway into town.

The motel was clean and roomy.

The motel advertised as being soundproofed. From our room we could hear every vehicle the drove past all night.

Foxtel on tv, great selection of shows and movies. Easy walk to the beach. Clean room and bathroom was spotless

Room was great but there was no proper thick duna, just white flast sheet and light blanket

Although the unit was clean and comfortable our bathroom was a bit rough around the edges making it feel unclean

Pool, bbq facilities and smoking area location.

Beds were hard, bbq area needs a basin to wash up utensils.

The host's were lovely people and looked after us during the 2 days we were there.Rooms were very clean and spa was nice.Loved the pool and large BBQ area which was modern and very clean. Same with the provided utensils, wash-up provisions , tables and seating seating etc.

We loved the facilities provided, cleanliness and affordability

Due to our long journey from Sydney, we misjudged the time we would get there and stopped at the motel 1-1.30 hrs before the allowed time & was told we couldn’t even parked in one of the spots because the room wasn’t ready!! We had to get back in the car and parked on the street and went for a walk. I think a bit more flexibility in parking would have been good ?

Great location friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and facilities. Great place to stay.
