Pros +
- Lovely hotel, staff were kind, room was exceptional.
- the breakfast for the price it was good with breakfast included and the size of the room
- It’s an old building perfectly refurbished, with very big rooms, almost suite, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast. The hotel is over very ancient roman pools that is possible to see from a room underground with transparent floor. Just ask to the lady at breakfast. It’s an experience itself: only guest can visit the ancient roman ruins underground. Another experience is to have breakfast in a spectacular balcony with a wonderful wiew of the full Pozzuoli gulf as well as the “macellum “ roman ruins. Very amazing experiences.
Cons -
- GPS made it difficult to navigate streets
- i only stayed for i=one night therefore not much to say. but the location was fine stores and restaurant walking distance
- Nothing bad.

Nothing bad.
The view of the restaurant.
I get that this is a thermal hotel, but I had to air the room for two hours so that the humidity in the air would be bearable. The room was huge, but the facility was very old, the bed was not comfortable and cleanliness was not OK. Breakfast also was not good, beside the coffee that tasted quite good.
Massive room, lovely location for breakfast
Some street noise
Great area within minutes walk to local station, the port and main square. The room was a good size and had everything you needed.Lovely view of the sea and macellum from the room.Warm welcome at breakfast from staff, lovely view from the breakfast terrace. Opportunity for late checkout.
General condition of the room would benefit from updating and some appliances replacing (e.g. fridge was very noisy).
Disappointing
There was a smell if cigarettes that doesn’t disappear even when they clean plus the ceilings were very old and contained humidity
Rooms are huge. Location was great. Staff was very helpful.
Position and view on the port/sea. Room sizeThe hotel staff is welcoming and availableThe nearby restaurant are amazing, Putipù and il Rudere.
A cheap and small chinese TV in the main entrance, none in the bedrooms. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor, some mini croissant overcooked and not to many options.Overall the facility would be great, but all repairs are done in economy, some cracks on the walls here and there in the rooms, plaster on bathroom tiles...Could have reported this all, but being basics they should not require explanations, only good will. The hotel was fully booked therefore some more attention and pride from the owner it would be really appreciated.A lot of potential...
The place was absolutely great! The room was large and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was nice great value for great price. Definitely recommended
Breakfast was minimal but can't complain, it came with really low cost
The staff were friendly. The location was convenient. The rooms were extremely spacious Almost like an entire apartment. Housekeeping was great
Breakfast was ok. Amazing view though. The AC in the room that we stayed in was in the living room and so the bedroom felt super warm always even though we had left the AC on. The room had a small kitchen with a functional stove, microwave etc but no utensils or vessels. Would have been nice to have some spoons, a bowl, some plates and cups if you would like the guests to avail the kitchen facility.
Staff very friendly and bed was very comfy. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was nice too. Could see whole of Bay of Pozzuoli for the breakfast terrace.
Breakfast options were quite limited.
The place was great, the room was very nice and big, the location was perfect.
The shower was not working really good, but we told the staff and they said they were going to take care of it.
Like in the horror movie.
Poor breakfast. The photos are fake.Such a dirty terase, everything is looking so poor.Old bathroom.Terrible experience.
Loved the friendliness of the staff - the man who checked me in was exceptionally helpful! Teresa in the breakfast room - a true hostess! Breakfast was enough. The room was spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the port from the breakfast terrace. I loved staying here. Grazie.
Parking situation - but that is a problem anywhere in Italy…
Nice clean place and good large rooms. Excellent service at the reception and very helpful.
Transit to naples is very expensive
Size of the room
Extremely noisy and poor quality. Breakfast was a disgrace
Disappointing
I am so sorry to have to review this hotel but, I feel the duty to do so precisely because I was born and raised in that same town, I wish that tourists who come to visit Pozzuoli and stay in this hotel can enjoy their holiday. I would like to address this message to the owners; Dear madame, it is not possible for a 4-star hotel to have such a low level of services, in that hotel nothing works as it should, I had problems right from the moment of booking, I had to make 17 phone calls to be able to speak to your reception,! I was forced to book the last room available which was a suite with with a jacuzzi and on booking.com was clearly indicated that this room has a garden view but, instead the room had no view and the jacuzzi was placed in a corner of the sitting room without even a bathrobe, no bath salts, and not even a measly bubble bath, I wonder , what's the point of offering a room with a jacuzzi if there aren't the basic accessories to be able to enjoy it? The bathroom is a truly disaster, the door needs to be replaced as well as the water taps, which are crumbling to say the least, the breakfast is very poor, I don't understand how a 4-star hotel can offer a so bad coffee made with pods of the worst coffe in Italy (caffe borbone) this in the province of Naples? Not to mention that beautiful, indeed stupendous terrace that overlooks the magnificent port of Pozzuoli, a terrace that is kept very badly, yet it would take very little to make it the strong point of the hotel, 200€ of flowers, a good power wash (I suggest a Karcher K7 with all accessories) with which , every morning at 6.00am the whole floor and all the seats must be washed to remove the pigeon droppings, I know very well that it is not easy to keep such a large terrace clean but if you manage to do it it will become the symbol of your hotel. I wish you good luck for the future
it was clean and the staff were pleasant
parking is exceptionally poorcontinual sound of traffic beginning at 0300 in the morning (front facing room)I stayed only 1 of 4 nights paid for and left to find a hotel where I could sleep past 0300
Easy to walk to places around Pozzuoli, friendly staff
Definitely not a 4*. It’s fine, but expect a 2-3* instead. Restaurant only open at breakfast, rooms need a serious upgrade - just even adding cushions on the sofa and paintings on the walls would be good. Needs aircon as too loud / many mosquitos for sleeping with the window open. The space is so big that it feels unfinished.
