The view

It was supposed to be close to airport with free shuttle. Didn't inform us the need to schedule so cost 65 euros for taxi. Not close so we were unable to do scheduled tours in Naples the next day. Very disappointing.

Modern accommodations.

Horrible stinky smells all night and all day. There is a large Sulphur Volcano vent next to the hotel property. Unrelenting strong Sulphur stench. Can't open windows can't sleep. Hotel refused to refund unused second night of stay.

Hotel is beautiful, very clean, staff is excellent, bed is very comfortable. Air-conditioning works great

It was much further away from the airport than I expected. I needed an airport hotel which doesn't really exist at Naples Airport. They are shuttle time is very limited so I ended up having to take a cab for €70.

Hotel was wonderful, from the airport transfer to the fantastic view to the front desk staff

The location of the hotel with the beautiful views of the sea from my room. Hotel is clean and all of the staff is excellent.

That I could not stay longer.

The breakfast was beautiful and top notch and the 25 euro wine delivery was wonderful.

No air conditioning. Putrid smell from Volcano that cd have been dispelled by plug ins or Oil sticks. They gave us the worst terrible room in the worst location with a view of garbage. My husband was celebrating his 80th bday.

The room was big and bed very convenient. View of the bay magnificent. Breakfast OK.

We selected this hotel because it declared there us a free transportation from the airport. Than got a message that its not available on Saturday nights. They suggested we will get a reduced price through their trusted suplier Roberto. Asked twice the hotel representative for the estimated price and got no answer. Than called Roberto the driver that said it will cost 70 Euros. This si called "reduced orice" is outrages as the cost of a driver through booking.com was half the price.

Cool atmosphere, room dirty…especially the bathroom! low maintenance

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The staff, especially Sergio, are accommodating and friendly. Now, it is in Pozzouli, so take into account it is surrounded by volcanos. A sign at the door alerts you very cleverly, that you might smell odors ( Sulphur) and you might feel the ground move. The smell was there, but not bothersome. We did not feel the ground move during our stay! We had a sea view which I highly recommend! It is stunning. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds.

Booking made day of stay for one night. For filters used Naples airport and free airport shuttle. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast included were bonuses so made the booking. Began messaging the property through booking.com to arrange shuttle for pick up. They never responded. Finally called and they advised shuttle needed to be arranged the day prior. Haggled a 45 euro taxi ride to the property. At the hotel Rosella wanted to talk over me and not listen to my displeasure that nowhere on booking.com did it explain that the shuttle was limited. She showed me a photocopy of a sheet with highlights of information showing their policy and insisting this was on the booking.com website. I went back and looked at all of the information provided for a booking and it does not. The fact she had this sheet at the ready leads me to believe this has come up before. On the reception desk we saw a sign showing the shuttle is only available from 9-5 and even more limited from 9-noon on Sundays. It also says booking in advance is recommended. This information should be on the site and if it were, I would not have booked this property. Rosella was rude, insisted she was correct when she wasn’t, and has an inability to close her mouth and listen. An early morning flight was a 65 euro taxi back to the airport. Free shuttle cost me 110 euros. The free Wi-Fi is worthless from room 206. When I mentioned this on checkout all he had to say was he doesn’t use the Wi-Fi. The free breakfast wasn’t available since we had to leave at 7 am. If staff courtesy, a limited shuttle service, and ineffective Wi-Fi are of no concern, it’s a nice building. Oh, only pizza was available in the restaurant which opened at 7:30 pm.

Clean rooms, beautiful view, nice breakfast and dinner option, friendly staff

Location is really good, not far from Naples. It allowed us to enjoy the area (Amalfi, Positano, Pompei, Capri)

Jacuzzi was EXTREMELY dirty, we had the room for only one night and since a storm was coming we only had a brief moment to use it so we had to clean it ourselves. We received no compensation or what’s so ever even after calling the receptionist and explaining the situation, they offered to have someone clean it, after we had cleaned it…

Beautiful. Staff professional. Lovely dining area and staff really was very accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast and shuttle to the airport in the morning. No negative about this stay.

Sulfur smell due to volcanic history.

Great view from the terrace. You could easily see Mt. Vesuvis, Capri, Sarento. Super helpful person at check-in name Julia. Terrific attitude by the wait staff. They were all a pleasure to deal with.The room was comfortable, and well appointed and air conditioned. The only disappointment was the restaurant.

Food at the restaurant was dismal.

Everything was perfect, brekfast was good and delicious, the view of the sea was amazing. Calm location.

amazing sea view. I had rented a car so access I would say was easy even though the hotel is outside of Naples. But the area is very beautiful and worth a visit. The staff very friendly and polite. Free parking out of hotel area. the area seemed very safe to me. the building is old and they are renovating it. There were a few workers but I wasn't bothered by that at all. I think there should be understanding when work is done. The restaurant and the breakfast area are stunning places with an incredible view of the Tyrrhenian sea. I highly recommend it, especially if you rent a car.

the breakfast had some tasty items but generally poorer than I would have expected. For my own expectations it had little variety. Almost no salty items. The coffee was very bad. the side tables to the left and right of the bed were plastic - cheap and poorly decorated. The TV could not connect to the mobile.

View from their restaurant was stunning.

The smell is the entire hotel was like rotten eggs. In the lobby, hall ways & rooms. Was 10 times worse when you turn on the air conditioning. Not in a great neighbourhood but best we could get for the night in Naples before we caught our flight early next morning.

Located on the cliffs above the shore, the views are spectacular.

There are sulfur springs (Solfatara) in this area so expect bad smells (rotten eggs). No beaches near by. I usually drove to Miseno, 15km away.
