The staff is very friendly. Big parking area.

The internet doesn’t cover all the space of the hotel as it was promised. Had to pay additional fees to have the WiFi. Nothing special just 3 star hotel.

No tea. Poor breakfast, but it is Italy.

So clean nice and silent place. you can see the sea in the hotel.

Little far from Naples. without car hard to arrive.

It would have helped to know, when you want to arrive without a car to got the end of the line with the Metro to Pozzuoli, - because the taxi fare form there to the hotel is cheaper than from one stop before as there is a strange system of taxi fares and if the taxi belongs to Naples ( the Bagnoli stop ) it is more expensive than when the taxi comes from Pozzuoli. Foreigners are probably not aware of such special fare systems. Also, when coming by bus, it is difficult ( more like impossible ) to get a Busticket in the evening or on a Sunday. Best is to have a car.

Love this hotel, 3rd time staying here and will definitely return. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The view was amazing and the staff was more than helpful.

We did not have a car so getting to restaurants was a challenge. The hotel is a good distance away from everything.

The hotel is nice and cozy. We had a really pretty room with a balcony and an amazing view of the sea. It was spectacular and very relaxing. The room was serviced every day (cleaning, changing the bedsheets and towels). There was a big wardrobe where we could keep our clothes and a cabinet for other things like jewellery or cosmetics.The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Monotonous breakfasts. Everyday the same, rather sweet than savoury.

We loved the lovely hotel … lovely views over the water and room was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and the resident old dog Fortuna is adorable.

It was a little bit out of the way but the lovely view of the water made up for that. Parking was easy too.

Front desk management very nice and accommodating. Gave me ice for my foot when I fell earlier in day and made sure to have vegan breakfast options for me. Make sure u rent car or use metro and bus. Don’t take taxi unless u want to pay $45 each ride for airport or central metro girbaldi.

The location was good they had on site parking which was great and the staff along meeting the owner were very kind and accommodating!!

strange smell (sulphate, like rotten eggs) coming from everywhere. not fault of the hotel, it is a local phenomenon. if you can put this aside it is a great place.
