The area has an active volcano and its smells of hard boild eggs all the time.The rooms were NOT clean and the bathroom had mould.The towels had a wired smell.The hotel is very old there is many steps to the rooms

Restaurant in the hotel. Bus stop nearby.
Far away from the civilization. Industry area. No shops nearby. Only one bus. Nothing around to spend time.

Location is for those who have come to italy to see only car showrooms. We took 3 rooms, some had toiletries some didn't have anything. No bottle water provided. Toilet floor makes noise when waking.

Breakfasts were not good. Only few foods. Plastic cups, plastic spoons. I don't think this should be seen in 4 star hotel.
Hotel located in a pretty remote location, if you don't have a car it is very tricky to get there by public transport. The staff was helpful and the rooms are clean.
