The view is breathtaking, the food at the restaurant was ok, the bed and the pillow were ready comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The area is very interesting, as there is an spot with thermal springs nearby and with fumaroles.

We booked twin beds, but when we arrived all beds were doubles. Issue was resolved quickly. Than the same about blankets, all were doubles and we had to ask additionally for separate blankets. The smell in the area is foul, but this is a feature of the area, if you keep the windows shut, everything is ok.

During our two nights, both nights/evening was a big event happening. Also the breakfast on the second day was poorer.

It was clean.

The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was poor. The staff were not attentive and nobody took an interest in our welfare. The dinner did not give value for money and nobody enquired when food was left on the plate uneaten. The hotel is tired and needs refurbishing.

Helpful staff, nice pool, great views and tasty breakfast. Nice client care to let us stay by the pool after checkout. A bit wierd though, to cut the wifi connection the second the clock struck "checkout".

Located a bit offside and the volcanic activity in the vicinty added a distinct smell of rotten eggs (sulfate) to the stay. Yes, this is of course not the hotels fault and surely not ever present, but it needs to be said since it affected the experience.

The hotel didn’t feel like a 4-star at all. The hair dryer wasn’t working, the bathroom was very dirty, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from both the bathroom and the surrounding area.

Beautiful location, on a hill with beautiful views of the city. We were travelling as a family (4 persons), the free parking is convenient, the room is spacious with terrace, clean, the staff is friendly, the pool and the on-site restaurant are advantages. The breakfast is quite extensive compared to other hotels in Italy (scrambled eggs, bacon, several types of croissants and pastries, fruit, dry breakfast, yoghurt, ham and cheese)

There was an intermittent smell of sulphur from an active volcanic area nearby. It didn't bother us, but rather had a kind of exotic uniqueness

It’s very noisy, out of 5 night we had 4 loud parties happening.The staff has difficulties in speaking English, it’s rather for locals than tourists.The 4 stars are not real, the furniture is old.During breakfast, they are offering cardboard cups for drinks.Overpriced for the offering.

The views are amazing

It’s a place for local parties (by the pool) we stayed here 3 nights and all 3 nights there was loud music as though sleeping above a night club. We have young kids who couldn’t sleep due to this. Avoidable if you have kids

If you time it wrong with the wind there can be an overwhelming smell of sulphur from the 2 mini volcanos

Clean comfortable very friendly staff. Location amazing view of the bay.

No kettle in the room or glass, cups etc.. breakfast only has scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and cheese and ham.. loads of pastries cakes, fruit, cereal, yogurts etc but not enough warm cooked options. Nevertheless breakfast was nice.

Incredible 360 view with the balcony facing mount Vesuvius! :D

For sure the location of the hotel is wonderful with spectactular panoramic views. The breakfast was very nice with great Italian coffee. The location is not far from the airport (20 mins by car) but I strongl recommend a car as the hotel is up a very steep hill and public transport is not convenient and taxis are very expensive. There is not much to do at the hotel's location once you are there Each room has a large balcony with woncerful views

I think this hotel is used alot for wedding parties. On both nights that I stayed there was incredibly loud music until midnight. I have rated as a solo traveller not linked to the weddings.The rooms are very clean, but the shower was very small and rusty with mould on the inside.There is a "volcano smell" that can be a bit strong but not the fault of the hotel !

Nothing, fake people, are only concerned about money

Earthquakes the whole night which was scary and did not let us sleep, they said it is very common there due to the Volcanos in the same place where the hotel is built. No public transportation and taxis are run by the mafia.

Great beach view, nice swimming pool, nice restaurant on the pool.Very good breakfast with various food options.Nice and helpful staff.Free shuttle to Pozzuoli city center and train station.

Do not ask the hotel to book you a taxi to airport or Napoli central station. The available taxis are not so good.
