Puteoli Palace Hotel

Clean rooms, nice breakfast; young man brought our luggage up to second floor when we arrived.

No elevator, when we left we had to bring down our luggage from second floor.

I liked the location because its less than 25 mins to spiaggia Lucrino beach and aswell to public tranport

-The female receptionist Lied to us that the street gate/gates opens by 6:30,therefore the airport shuttle we booked at the hotel will arrive after 6:30,whereas its false.- The water from the bathroom spills out ,which makes the bathroom floor look nasty.- my children had mosquitos bites all over their skin- breakfast buffet wasnt tasty( no much options)- they didnt inform us that small bottle water/soda inside the rooms fridge were for sell...- Towels smells weird.

The room is large, new and clean with a wonderful sea view.

The location is far a bit and the breakfast needs improvement.

We were travelling by car so chose this hotel as it was a bit further from Naples city centre and it had secure parking in the hotel's parking lot. It was comfortable for a one-night stay and has a good buffet breakfast. If you walk about 10-15 minutes down the road there are lots of restaurant options.

The double/twin room was smaller than expected, with no room for chairs and barely enough space for luggage. I also didn't like how there was a gap around the outside of the door to the bathroom, so not a lot of privacy! There was also only a view of a concrete wall outside the window, and even the restaurant looked out onto the main road. Not too sure where all the nice pictures of the sea were taken from in the booking.com listing for this hotel!

The room was very clean and modern. The cleaning staff does a great job. The staff is helpful and courteous.

The location is at least a 15-20 minute walk to anything. The city bus system is confusing and very inconsistent

It was great! It was perfect for my needs, the room was immaculate and plenty of parking options. Good breakfast. Very happy with my decision to stay here!

It was under construction and dangerous. There is NO assistance with persons with disabilities.

The rooms was very clean

The beds are not comfortable as we booked a room for 3 adults and one child The beds was the folding ones Wich the matres was not good The breakfast sometimes need to change we spenu a hole week and every single day was the sameWe need to tell the lady behind the bar every time we need some milk or a coffee or teaOr some hot water There is not much facility about taking extra drinks aspecaly when the restaurant is full of guests you have to wait longer for your cup of coffee.

Rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were nice and friendly.

Wifi didn't work for the whole of our stay. Response from hotel. It's Christmas and no one is available from Vodafone.At 9.45am when breakfast finishes at 10am. No more scrambled eggs and the receptionist proposed the scraps that were left over. Finally when we refused they made some more.

Mary on reception was wonderful what a lovely lady! Great stay in a fabulous hotel. Restaurant attached was amazing with great staff who were very helpful as we did not speak Italian! The food was amazing too! Thankyou ?

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs, always greeted with a smile! The hotel is located on the main road, close to caffes , pizzerias and local shops. The highlight of the hotel was the restaurant downstairs '30 PassiD'Aqua' by chef Salvatore. Fantastic food, great service and a wonderful ambience with modern decor. It was excellent to have the convenience of arranging the hotel shuttle to get to major train station in Naples and other locations if you desired. Highly recommended, i would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Pozzuoli in the future.

I would have loved to have tea and coffee facility in my room. Nothing beats the coffee in Italy and having it from the bar downstairs was exceptional, however, i just like the convenience of having a kettle in the room for an early morning or late night option for tea or coffee.

I’m actually from the area but I’ve never really spot this fabulous gem , of the upper side of Pozzuoli. The view of the sea is impeccable. And it’s at 10 minutes from the Cumana (local train ) and at 15 min from the metropolitan that connects to different part of the region. ☺️

The environment was beautiful. The location of the hotel itself consisted of an extremely stunning view of the sea and was quite convenient because of the restaurants around. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well run. The size of our room was perfect and modern decoration. The staff was amazing, always there to help and efficient in their work.

The breakfast could be better, however that could be a personal preference.

Very friendly staffs, has everything that I needed for the stay, thick curtains to not let sunlight in, convenient location!

I especially like the staff. They were kind, helpful, and generous. The rooms were clean, towels were sufficient, the bed was comfortable, close to the supermarket, the sea view was wonderful, the employees spoke English adequately, and the lighting was adequate.

I couldn't open the window much because of the flies. There were some ants, large and small, in the room. The bathroom door was leaking water because it did not close completely. Since I don't have a car, I wanted it to be close to the train stop. But since the train stop that seemed near to me was closed, I had to walk 20-25 minutes each way every day.

Remodeled rooms. Great breakfast. Easy and secure parking.

Breakfast was luxurious. Restaurant was great.

Mini split dripped when air conditioning was running. Used a towel to collect moisture.
