The Santa Marta is a historic hotel in Arco Felice, 1969 feet from the sea and in the heart of the Phlegraean Fields archaeological area. - The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Friendly staff. Great location.
- The staff was very helpful after we'd informed them about our room. They couldn't give us another one but offered to repair and to clean.We enjoyed the air conditioner and the breakfast was ok. We loved the terrace, but its potential wasn't fully used.

- The beds were very uncomfortable and broken, the fridge smelled badly and the room seemed quite empty due to the high and empty (and unbelievably thin) walls. The wifi is not good.

we have been here 2 times before. Location is great; Arco Felice has some nice restaurants. The hotel has parking and Pozzuoli en Naples are easy to reach. Train station is at 5-10 minutes walk. Beaches are nearby.
It is basic but clean. No real complains
Good, clean spacious hotel in an area with good amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Only slight issue was that it was a 5 minute train ride into pozzuoli itself.
Large rooms, good choice for breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful view and close to shops, supermarket, train station and beach.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom could have done with being fixed up a little.
Well, the thing that I noticed the most was staff's kindness and the amazing view on the rooftop..kind of breathless....
