- I called before i came en asked if i cud check in early, they told me to call before I come so that they can check if there was an empty room, I did that en they told me okay you can come we hav space for u.Reaching there the staffs customer service is very poor en they charged me 50rials more because I changed the time.wat was the need of me asking en u also have the options to change the time..The staffs said it was your policy is this true?

Very bad WIFI service. Have to use mobile data throughout the stay.
Its not suitable for Arabs or gulf countries. There are alcohol and clubs and noisy rooms you cannot sleep at night
