Very nice hotel, the design is unique, clean rooms, nice facilities, and delicious breakfast. A special thank to Suleyman from the front desk, he represented the hotel very well and he helped us on our requests, thank you Suleyman.

Everything was absolutely perfect, highly recommended !! The breakfast was more than expected delicious and varied and high quality ingredients The bed ,oh soo good !Smell good everywhere

The decor, cleanliness, space. Staff is responsive and nice.

It is loud, my room was right above an outdoor bar and music was blasting until 1am on Friday. The staff also drop papers under the room door at 11pm again being loud to inform of window cleaning next day and at 6am full on banging on windows during cleaning. We can also hear other rooms, it is not quiet. The food was also pretty tasteless.

The Mondrian is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel. The design is stunning, with incredible attention to detail, and you can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into creating a visually impressive space.Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the check-in process. We arrived early in the morning around 10am, fully aware that check-in was at 3pm, so we spent the day exploring the city. We returned to the hotel just a few minutes after 3pm, only to be told that our room was still not ready and that we would need to wait an additional 20 minutes.After waiting, we were informed that the room was ready. However, upon entering, we were shocked to find a machine running in the room and the carpet completely wet, clearly indicating that the room had not been properly prepared or checked before being released to us. Given that check-in time had already passed, this was extremely disappointing.I went back to reception to raise the issue, and to their credit, we were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely beautiful and far more in line with what we expected from a hotel of this standard.That said, the overall front desk experience was not welcoming. The staff at reception were not particularly friendly or accommodating, and the entire check-in process felt disorganised. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself has so much potential, but the service at the front desk really needs improvement to match the quality of the property.On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the staff working in the breakfast area were genuinely warm, attentive, and pleasant.Overall, the Mondrian is a stunning hotel with great potential, but significant improvements are needed in the check-in process and front desk service to truly deliver a five-star experience.

The breakfast was great and so was the room that we were staying in. The staff at breakfast were amazing.

We checked in at 1am at night (wasn’t an early check in) and our room had a foul smell. I wish this check was conducted before we checked in as we were exhausted and just wanted to hit the bed. There was also some misunderstanding and our bags took long to be sent out. We kept waiting in the room until I couldn’t bear the smell anymore. We were told that a staff member would come and take us to the new room even though we offered to come down to the lobby. Turned out no one came to get us and the bags were already in the new room. Wish the communication was better. Also the next night I asked for some bath salts. It took them over 20 mins to tell me that they had run out of bath salts. Once again we were tired from being out the entire day and I wish it didn’t take 3 phone calls and 20 mins to be just told that they have no bath salts. I love how they have minimized wastage by not doing individual disposable toiletteries but I wish they left some bath salts in the room to begin with, given that the room comes with such a big bath. The shower gel is attached to the wall and so in the end we just had a shower and left. Both times the issue was resolved but I think it could’ve been dealt with better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay at Mondrian DohaI had an amazing stay at the Mondrian Doha, and I honestly can’t praise the staff enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was 10/10. The security team, front desk clerks, reception, spa staff, and housekeeping were all absolutely exceptional.Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality was truly world-class and made a huge difference to my overall experience.The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and well maintained, but what really makes Mondrian Doha stand out is its people. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qatar and I would happily stay here again.

The cleanliness, design and amenities. The spa was great! Loved that’s next door to a mall.

No mini size amenities. The chips in the room bar were stale. The Hot breakfast could be kept hotter.

Room was modern, neat, and with a nice view overlooking both the pearl and lusail prominade.

Waiting time for the room to be ready, we came early and was told somebody will contacted us once room was ready, but nobody did so we had to wait a bit longer then necessary.

Location, clean , comfortable bed, cooperative staff

I truly enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. The front desk team, support staff, and restaurant employees were all highly professional and welcoming. The food was exceptionally delicious and varied, especially the breakfast.The swimming pool, gym, and all other facilities were excellent. The hotel’s location was outstanding, about a 7-minute walk to the metro station, and it offered a beautiful view of Lusail city.The room was spacious, and housekeeping provided service twice daily. Whenever I requested additional room amenities, the response was very fast and efficient.

The design is very nice, spacious rooms, good breakfast.Japanese restaurant is amazing.

Staff is not excellent - we had to ask 4 times over a phone to get our additional bed delivered.It’s quite cold in the swimming pool area and the swimming pool is not very clean.There is no sauna near the swimming pool and we were refused to use saunas at the spa with our 8 years old son.

Not good sound isolation, mini bar was empty.

There was no tissue except the path room

I do appreciate the cooperation of the staff. The restaurant in the ground floor needs to provide more options for dinner meal .
