Overall, we had a great experience. Good breakfast and perfect location. The gym needs more training equipment, and the receptionist is hard to reach by phone.

No tables available Hard to get spoons or forks and no enough staff to helpTheir RESTURANT manager is the worst in term of hospitality and respect. Even he came to our table when we were almost finished informing us that they are closed. This was 5 minutes only after closing the buffet. They also gave us the table late and dirty and he was not polite in how he approach customers to tell that they need to leave. The worst part, when I explained to him this is not how you should approach your guests, he was threatening in front of other guests asking about roam numbers. My kids in other room couldn’t sleep that night and they were afraid that he might to come to the rooms when they are sleeping. Informed his manager but not quite sure if any discipline action had been taken. After staying 4 times in this hotel during last 4 years, I will not consider at all… not recommended… unless you don’t care about breakfast and people treating you irrespecutful I wanted to extend my stay in Doha for one night but decided to check out and will look for other hotel.

Everything was excellent. The room, location, breakfast, and professional staff. Naomi at reception handled my check in very professionally and upgraded my room to enhance my stay.

Furniture is old little bit, facilities such as Gym and pool is very small and not comfortable at all specially the Gym which had ventilation issue

There is a tower building blocking the sea view. Drinking water is not unlimited considering the price.

The great property good location everyone have up and down. It is a five star hotel with a B category

Recently I stayed in the hotel where had The hotel exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home the moment you step in. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their commitment to customer service truly set my stay apart! I really appreciate all of the hotel staff for their best services and some names as I know are, Christina, Barnabas, MJ, Saad and rest of the staff. Breakfast:The breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional! There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, and different dishes were all beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made omelets and the assortment of breads. It was the perfect way to start my day!Location:The hotel’s location is ideal, situated conveniently in the heart of Doha. It’s in close proximity to several key attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it easy to explore the city. The access to public transportation was a major plus as well.
