Fantastic hotel, great staff, located few minutes from Corniche and Souk, a very pleasant experience. Superb one bedroom suite with a view, super comfortable bed all you need bath essentials. Definitely recommend.

Stunning, splendid view at execute suit at the corner of 14th floor. Awesome staffs.

Location

Hospitality and breakfast. I stayed 2 days on 1st day i missed the breakfast. While I spoke to reception for refund which I paid at reception on prepaid, but the answer was ask the restaurant not at reception.

Location of the hotel is excellentStaff is welcoming and helpful. There was an overbooking issue in the system for my reservation. However, the hotel management sorted out the issue smoothly and compensated me with free breakfast for the full stay. Thanks to Mr. Subhanker.

Hotel parking is always fully occupied. The hotel rooms need renovation as time has already affected the the furniture and decoration.

Location, was great!

We had issues with the card that it got disconnected when tried to use the elevator we had to come back to front desk to reset the key!

I stayed at Fraser Suites Doha for 4 nights, and everything was absolutely perfect. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to give a special mention to Joyce, who went above and beyond to assist and make my experience memorable. Highly

All was perfect.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The lobby is very nice, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The room itself was quite comfortable, and all necessary amenities were provided

Very friendly and nice and clean but could be better

Better condition in the furniture

Cleanliness , STAFF , Location , view of the room

Location, friendly staff, clean and nice hotel.

The staff, from reception to cleaners were extremely nice and helpful. We arrived at around check-in times but the room was not yet ready., the gentleman at the reception was so apologetic and made sure to get the room ready as quickly as possible. Everyone was polite and nice. The room was clean, spacious overlooking the sea. The gym was very well equipped with stunning views. Though the weather was, surprisingly a bit chilly, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi could have been more relaxing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

If I am not wrong, when I made the booking I saw a photo of washing machine in the kitchenette area but I missed to see it...

The location . Right opposite to Doha Cornish and close to National Museum and Souq Al Waqif

The breakfast spread is average with average food taste .. the rooms are old and needs to be upgraded. The front desk staff was helpful but very cold . The in room connection to house keeping and room service is worst as you have to call multiple times to connect . The Restaurent manager is helpful but only to certain nationalities

We came early and was surprised that our room was ready and we can check in immediately, much appreciated on this. Room was big, overlooking the road with slight view of the park.Very good location, close to corniche, old port, and National Museum.

Bathroom exhaust fan was not working, also bidet is on the left side which is very strange.

Room , staff and food

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and housekeeping service was great. The hotel location is good as it's not so far from the airport and close to currency exchange centers and to Souq Waqif.

The internet speed could have been better.

Great location, beautiful terrace outside restaurant which had a great menu and delicious food.Great check-in and awesome staff.

The room so nice with that full view , the staff all kind and helpful specially Ms Ilham in reception she so professional she is A good listener، good luck for her and for all .

The smell in corridor

The room was good size - they upgraded our room when we checked-in. We were on the 10th floor, good views from there. The room had a kitchen with sink, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen cutlery like plates, knives, spoons, fork, cups but no cooking facilities. The chef was very nice as we were vegans so he cooked us potatoes for breakfast as we couldn't have anything on the breakfast table except for fruits - which was very limited. The guy at the reception, Ehad was very helpful and always smiling and polite.

Although the booking facilites stated kitchenette but no cooking facilities like stove except microwave. The people at the breakfast place did not know what ingredients was in the bread and they told us not to eat bread as they were not sure if it had eggs. However, we requested the chef to cook us something vegetarian, which was very tasty. I believe they should have labels on the food so quests are aware what they are consuming.

Location and kindness of staff and the r facilities

I only wish they can add a tag in each elevator for the location of each facility like swimming pool … etc.
