Attentative staff, clubs on site

The hotel pool was being refurbished and nobody had contacted me to inform me. They put on a shuttle car to another hotel however it took over 45 mins for the car to pick us up

Facility of spa is limited. Otherwise nothing to complain.

Staff was so kind and helpful the hotel was cosy and clean, and the decorations were incredible

Although it was too crowded but it didn’t bother me

Good location, good services and decent breakfast.

Breakfast service was not the best, had to constantly try to get attention of breakfast staff. Coffee took 20 minutes on one day. Christmas day was not organised properly by hotel and waiting times were not satisfactory. Having travelled all over the world this was a first where i had to wait for breakfast. Water bottles were not replenished in room for 2 nights so had to call to get these sent to room.

1- excellent central location 2- fantastic staff very friendly and welcoming 3- we got an upgrade to a two bedroom residence which was a nice gesture !4- spacious rooms

Water was switched off by hotel for more than 2 hours to maintain other water issue

Great quality for the price paid.

1. The breakfast area in one day was overcrowded were we has to wait for more than 10 mins to be seated.2. Took 500 QAR deposit and took them several weeks to refund it.

Location was amazing

The room was spacious and comfortable, but it was missing a proper vanity area. There was no wardrobe or dedicated space with a mirror and chair for my wife to do her makeup or hair comfortably. Adding a dressing table or mirror with seating would really enhance the experience, especially for couples.

staff- very friendly and helpfullocation - close to a big mall, metro station, beachhotel was F1 partner and our son being there for F1 liked it hotel had everything we need and even more as we could not even visit the spa for example

I loved the room and the view.The staff was hyper friendly and helpful.The breakfast a la carte was amazing.Goya restaurant is perfect.
