Ezdan Palace Hotel

ROOM, ITS RAINING SO WE DID NOT USE THE POOL

HARD TO FIND THE LOCATION .

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The view was not very nice, and the room carpet could use a proper deep cleaning. Other than that, everything was great

Arabic moroccan style

Location and food. Very hard to navigate to. Only one possible way. Easy to miss it and tour around. Bad location. Food was average nothing special.

Very Kind and helpful staff, clean and fancy

Location, entering the hotel while driving is always a hustle because it's in a local road. Some things are missing or uncomfortable in the room like the balcony has no chairs, the king size bed is not actually king size.

Fantastic the property look wise ! Nice stay yeah

The morning breakfast was horrible ! Daily same routine foood ! And no taste

I liked How helpful and friendly were the staff, from the front desk to the janitors, everyone was genuinely friendly.

It only has one F&B venue, and they weren’t sometimes able to serve some of their menue items

The staff there are very friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel has a lot of great options for the kids at all ages for entertainment. They have a very nice swimming pool with temperature controlled and very nice breakfast.Special thanks for Mr. Zakaria for his hospitality and professionalism

Clean and big room, amazing swimming pool , good breakfast.

I don’t like the location

The room is very big, had good decoration, bathroom is excellent, breakfast is excellent and got many varieties. Swimming pool is fantastic. Staff were helpful in the reception, in the resturant and the concierge . I got room upgrade

Location is difficult to get to it as google takes you to main road close to hotel with no access to hotel and you have to drive another 4 km in local rods to get to the hotel . Also room carpet is deteriorated and needs to be replaced

Cleaning , breakfast. Reception people so helpful

The staff are so kind and supportive, Mr Ramesh and his colleagues helped me a lot during my stay, Cleanness, breakfast is very good, room service is excellent.

It is quite far distant from metro stations, I requested from reception to remove some art painting from inside toilets due to inconvenience with our Islamic culture

Everything was great! Staff, Food, room and pool was huge

Our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was overall a wonderful experience, made truly memorable by the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and treated with such kindness. We were even upgraded to a better room complimentary for our honeymoon and surprised with a beautiful welcome cake — such thoughtful touches that we’ll always remember. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an amazing selection and consistently fresh, delicious food that set the tone for each day.The staff truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Ramesh, who kindly helped me find and purchase the hotel’s signature scent to bring home, and to Krish, whose creativity with towel animals and attentive service made our stay extra special. Every interaction with the team reflected genuine hospitality and care, which made all the difference.Despite the points mentioned below, Ezdan Palace Hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the thoughtful details — combined with the amazing breakfast — made our honeymoon stay truly memorable. With a few room improvements, it has the potential to be perfect.

There were a few areas in the room that could be improved. The temperature remained quite cold — even after setting the thermostat to 26°C, the room never exceeded 19°C. In hindsight, we should have contacted the staff, who may have been able to assist. The room also wasn’t very soundproof, as we could hear a lot from outside, and there was a noticeable gap between the door and the floor. I also wish the balcony had a table and chairs so we could enjoy it properly, and that the bathroom had more hooks for towels and a toiletry bag.

The Pool and the rooms were very peaceful. Really enjoyed relaxing. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

There was nothing not to like about it.

Everything was excellent. The staff were particularly welcoming and kind.

The mattress was extremely soft. I was falling on the side. As a pregnant woman it was very painful. I haven’t slept at all.

Amazing breakfastFacilities are amazing including the swimming pools ( yes there is a variety), kids club & eid celebrations.

As mentioned the breakfast is absolutely amazing but we aren't allowed to take away our own leftovers, which was quite disappointing.

Clean and comfortable room. Exceptional interior design of the hotel.

Ramp entrance to the main door of the hotel.

lovely staff, really good food especially the waffles. the ladies spa is very nice

the light in my room just kept switching off every 40 seconds for some reason. but everything else was great

The staff was exceptional and the room was very clean. Room service was very fast.
