Golden Tulip Doha Hotel

Love it! Location its perfect to start with, its a clean hotel,And Lovely staffs doing a great job, and taking a good care of you

I didn’t see any issue with them

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, large and comfortable room. Nice window view.

Breakfast was excellent except for the coffee. Water pressure for the shower was quite low.

Everything great including great breakfast We used the sauna and jacuzzi which was niceWas upgraded to a bigger room by friendly staffGreat location

The bed mattress was a bit too soft for me which gave me back pain in the morning . But my friend was fine so it’s more a personal problem because my back is sensitive. Other than that , everything was great. Thanks

The reception staffs especially in the afternoon time were not professional. However, the reception staff in the midnight shift was professional.

I informed the reception staff many times regarding not working telephone but unfortunately no action taken.

Value for moneyLocationSpecious room

Odd smells from air fresheners everywhere in corridor. Not everyone likes perfume/ air fresheners. Highly uncomfortableRooms are not allergy friendly. Lots of dust in carpetsEntrance is narrow and straight down to stairs and sunlight. Would prefer sheds at car park.

Spacious room

Toilet seems dirty. Water shower HOT. Even i didn’t turn on the hot water but still hot.

The locationSetup of the room The breakfast

Very poor service from receptionist. They booked me a room next to a wedding party that I couldn’t sleep and rest.. I talked to receptionist and he said we don’t have rooms same as your booking but we can move you to lower grade rooms

The parking is very small and the entrance/exit is very narrow. Also, the check-in was delayed for 2 hours, we asked for breakfast as compensation however they didn't provide us.

Only liked the location and accessibility, breakfast is fair as expected, room is very basic but too dark, you can't have it lighten up enough to even see properly after sunset.

room is very basic, I would even say too basic. it is too dark, you can't have it lighten up enough to even see properly after sunset.

Great location, Welcoming receptionists, free underground parking, spacious room and toilet, sofa bed is excellent.

Quite dark rooms

room was good big / location great easy to find and close to area where the fun /

the smoking I wish that it should be rooms for non- smoking

The stay was excellent, but unfortunately, accessing the parking—both entering and exiting—is very difficult due to the narrow entrance and exit!

staff were helpful and friendly

bed sheets were roughtoiletries were low quality

Amazing hotel with excellent location close to the Corniche. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Highly recommended!

Location. Staff is accommodating.

The air conditioning is extremely loud. Some rooms are less loud than others, but those rooms are then humid. Some rooms are older and not well maintained, others have been renovated.

The room was spacious and elegant. Very good breakfast with many options. Staff was very friendly and was able to offer us early check-in free of charge. The location is good as it is close to several attractions such as Qatar national museum, however in August the heat is so intense that you still need to take transportation to reach those places.

While the swimming pool is a nice bonus, the pool area is not very inviting.

Comfy bed, nice lunch buffet, staff were professional and warm.

D t.v isn't a smart t.v I couldn't make use of it. The extension line for call for services wasn't working, the shelves were dusty, d ambient lighting wasn't bright enough fir my use. D toilet shower heads were not working, toilet had a strange smell.

Their response time to customers is very amazing. They respond very quickly when you need help or assistance.. I remember we almost lost our money(usd) in the garbage and the swift response they exhibited was very amazing. The supervisor came to our room immediately, and we alerted them, and we realized we couldn't find the money, we suspected it Wil be part of the garbage items we disposed of in the trash can, which was in our room. The cleaner arrived quickly with all the garbage he has collected at that time and low and behold, we were able to find the money intact,..

We liked a lot that during our overnight connection flight we could sleep in comfy beds and have a great breakfast in 13-min drive from the airport. This really helped during long travel flights. Wifi, bathroom and mattresses with pillows did their job! And the staff was welcoming and very nice!

No problems encountered.

I had a pleasant stay at Golden Tulip Doha. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The location is convenient, and overall service was very good.

On the downside, we didn’t really like the carpets and rugs everywhere, and the rooms felt a bit dark. Still, it’s a solid option and we would recommend it.
