The room was a little bit small. No chairs or table. Little lights.

They gave me connect room I don’t like that room all night it’s sound I couldn’t sleep properly. When check in time I ask staff I don’t like connect room still staff gave that room and they said if you have any problem they will send security entire night we don’t have proper sleep

I did not like the late dance events which iover at 2 am and there no isoltion in the room so the gaust listen to the noisy music

- Staff was good. Filipina receptions was very kind and I enjoyed talking to her + also very helpful in switching my room to upper floors- Great location right on metro station and overall city wise - It was a good value for money overall

- This is not my first time in hotel and I think the quality has decreased over time- Hygiene and cleanliness is much worse than before (bathroom wasn’t very clean, carpet, windows etc)- Club/Bar on the M floor is very loud and I even had issues on the 2nd floor from the bass vibrations of the music hence had to change floors to go to 4th- Sound isolation is not good from other rooms next to you, especially when you have that connecting door. - Parking is very limited

The location was perfect, metro right next to the hotel, 24/7 supermarkets nearby, a couple of restaurants etc... Staff was very friendly, nice and accommodating Good hotel if you need a nicely connected and located hotel and don't plan on spending too much time in there. New toiletries, water and tea and coffee were provided everyday.

The room in the photos was one of the renewed ones but we got placed in one of the old ones which isn't that big of a deal actually.The soundproofing was horrible, the people next to us were rather talkative and we could hear EVERYTHING. At one point it was too annoying and we had to call reception to ask them to tone it down. As the room we stayed in was old, there was some of the expected wear and tear around.

Location is very close to metro. Very convenient!Also rooms are soundproof, I had a good sleep.

Breakfast could be better. And please add more car parking space, I requested a car park in advance but they said it was fully booked.

Though a little away from the city centre, it's location right next to the metro station made commuting a breeze.

The toilet did not have grab rails. As a senior citizen I find taking a shower in a bath tub unnerving without a grab rail.

Super bad experience

Staff behavior is too bad, they cancel my room and gave it to another guest even I have confirmed booking

The Location is great, close to the Metro and multiple stores and restaurants close by.

The breakfast option is not diversified. There was not a lot of options to choose from. No baked beans, no pancakes. The toaster is old and not efficient. Top up food should be readily available so that guests are not waiting too long for their food.

The breakfast options were not really diverse. You could improve on that. Also the hot beverage options were only tea and coffee. No drinking/hot chocolate which I found really disturbing considering i don't take coffee or tea.

The breakfast can be improved and the location of the hotel is fantastic

I did not like the room cleanliness service. Used towels still found in the room after cleaning. My shower gel was not replenished even after requesting several times.

We love how all the staff are being kind to us from the security to the receptionist and room service

Its very cozy and accommodating, the bed is very warm , AC is very cool and the food was a phenomenal, kudos to the chef, food is really really good

Receptionist is not that attentive to your needs. Room has lack of essential like in my room only 1 towel 1 toothbrush

The staff were friendly and professional.

Most of the rooms are interconnected which means you might be disturbed by your neighbors. Also the beds are extremely stiff.

Location is perfect, just next to the Al-Saad Metro. The restaurant is excellent, a 24/7 Cafe with snacks, and the bed was comfy. Staff are helpful. Daily cleaning, the Shower is lovely.

Noise from the bar. The towel was not encouraging (had stains).

First i have to clarify this with booking.com. The added benefits which booking.com mention at the time of booking is only from the booking.com side and this information the hotel is not aware of. During this stay, when I booked booking.com said price include 30% discount on food & drink only but when i checked in and asked the hotel, they said, this is not our offer and they denied this discount and the best thing is, in the booking confirmation printout, booking.com has not mentioned this offer. So i have to clarify with booking.com, you mentioned this 30% disocunt on food & drinks only at the booking page and do not inform this neither in the booking confirmation printout nor inform this to the hotel authorities. So I would like to say without hesitation this is pure cheating by booking.com. I dont think i will prefer booking.com again.

wrong and false information just to lure the customers to booking from booking.com. Pure cheating by booking.com. I know booking.com will not print this in the review column. At least let me see whether they have the truth in printing my view in the review coloum other wise, without saying what i have said about booking.com will be true.
