Great location, decoration and room were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast food variety was average. Staff shortage in Breakfast area, and some of them were unprofessional.

Staff not trained well. Major dinner issue in the main restaurant with poor food quality and presentation. Suite had a fair amount of wear and tear and stains.

Everything about the hotel was excellent — the service, cleanliness, and overall experience were outstanding.

I only noticed two small issues: The bed sheets had an unpleasant smell (this was only in the regular rooms, not the suite), and external delivery orders no longer reach the rooms — during this visit, we had to go downstairs to pick them up. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Location was perfect, walking distance to all cafes, restaurants and souq waqif. The facilities were clean, no clogs, kettle was super clean, nice pool, everyones so helpful and polite truly 5* experience

Everything was perfect including :- the location at the heart of Mesheireb with a walking distance to all the restaurants there and also to souq waqif .- the hotel is beautiful and luxurious with 5 stars service and everyone there is so friendly .

The hotel was amazing! I honestly don’t know what to praise more — its excellent location in the heart of Msheireb, the outstanding service, or the incredibly friendly staff, from reception to the valet team. I also tried their massage service, which had a great discount for guests, and it was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent too — delicious and full of variety. I will definitely repeat the experience!

Very clear hotel, nice location, very kind and professional staffs, in total excellent experience.

Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpfull. A hand written note with some dades were waiting for us in the room. The room was very clean, big and an amazing bathroom with amazing shower and bath with TV. The rooms were daily very well cleaned, with respect for our belongings. The swimming pool was big and the spa facilities are excellent. Also after check-out the staff stayed helpfull and we could store our lugage and use the facilities.

The restaurants don't have the same standard as the hotel, they are still good though. Our main problem was with the Japanese restaurant that is very dark, the main course came while we were still eating the first course and the desert wasn't available.

Location was excellent and the amenities where excellent. I especially liked the many break out spaces within the hotel where I could sit comfortably and work.
