They allowed us for early check-in. Environment is great, excellent pool, great breakfast options.

Nice facility with beautiful garden.

Lack free activities for kids. The paddle rackets are not free to use.

I didn’t get decent sleep during my stay.

Noisy, kept hearing furniture dragged until 1 am. And because there was a connecting door between the neighboring room I could hear all of the noise. Staff were not friendly

No towels by the pool

Our stay at the villa in Al Messila, Doha, was nothing short of perfection. A very special thank you to Laia, Abdul, Mary, Vonisha, Tanoy, Pramila, Tara, Wanji, Myat (Michelle), and Waqas. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure we felt not only cared for but genuinely welcomed throughout our time here.We were especially touched by the thoughtful personalized gestures for my birthday and our honeymoon, which added a truly special touch to our stay and made it all the more memorable.Al Messila embodies the perfect balance between luxury and heartfelt hospitality. We are deeply grateful for this exceptional experience and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The privacy of the pool

Missing items like: toothbrush, vanity kit, only one robe, not enough towels, no pool towels, kettle was not clean.

Everything from the staff welcoming spicily Rue she was so polite and a great welcoming and the facility was perfect & the swimming pool its amazing.

The friendly staff ( especially the lady from the front desk- IQ is her name) and it is a kid friendly hotel here in Doha!

The service is fantastic, all staff, including Ayman, Laya, Mia and Roshan they are all fantastic people who have done superb service at there, I really enjoyed facilities of the hotel, spaciousness welcoming with big smiles.

They let you hate any other hotels you will be going to because of their exceptional quality of work.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. The manager Ms Aigerim was incredibly unhelpful and unapologetic when we reported that our villa door had no lock. As compensation, she offered us dinner and a spa treatment, but things went downhill from there. When we arrived at the spa, we were told that no booking had been made for us. Upon confronting the manager, she vaguely stated that she had mentioned we would be there sometime between 1-4 PM, which made absolutely no sense.We had booked the one-bedroom villa with a private pool, but even that wasn't up to par. The pool was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. Overall, the service was extremely poor and left much to be desired."

Location , breakfast and clean.

First the valet guy was very rude at night shift he couldn’t wait for us to put our bags, second the towels in our room is damaged they changed it twice and we had torn towels , no soundproof between rooms at all we had to call the lobby for next room noise.overall we didn’t enjoy at all.

We checked in early hours of the morning but we were unable to get a late check out. Expensive for just a snooze. Didn’t have enough time to shower. A lovely hotel though but since being a returned guest I expected more.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY STAY WITH THEM. Clean, things felt luxurious, the pool is gorgeous, the grounds are great. Some great deals in the hotel for bars and restaurants

Excellent facilities

Kids were not allowed to the indoor pool. We faced a sandstorm and we had to stay at the roomWith no swimming option.

The resort is really really great, the most suitable word to describe our experience is service service service. Their staff are all very polite, well trained, knowledgeable, attentive, and you will feel in every way that they want to make their residents happy.I have never been to a place that provides the service in this professional manner. They spoil their customers in a way that makes it very difficult for any other hotel to match their experience. Thank you very very much for this unforgettable vacation.

Excellent location, friendly Exceptional Luxury and Service – A Perfect Stay!I recently had the pleasure of staying at Al Messila, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Check-in was swiftly completed by Bassim who was very informative about the resort and reassured me that anything I need to reach out.... 24/7. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered beyound expectations. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the high-end amenities, exuded luxury.We had alot of room service which was absolutly spot on. From the service recieved by the team to the meals being delicious (and my kids are fussy eaters). The dining options were outstanding from the one day we utilized, with a variety of gourmet dishes that catered to every taste. I highly recommend Al Messila to anyone looking for a five-star experience. No faults what so ever. Clean pool, clean hotel, private pool was cleaned before we got out of bed and last but not least guest relation team ( Laia & Myat) was exceptionally helpful. Thank you again for everything. Everyone at front of house was phenominal including the Valet Team and Golf buggy crew. You all made our stay extremly pleasent and that would be our reason for returning to this amazing resort. You all was accomadating throughout our stay with our young family. 5 star all rounder and thank you so much for all your support and the service provided.
