Dusit Doha Hotel

I visit Doha twice per month, and I always stay at Dusit Doha Hotel. The staff, the service, and everything are perfect. There are just a few points which I will write below if they take them into consideration, it will make the experience even more perfect.

• The breakfast is very good with plenty of variety, but there is one major item missing. I asked the chef if it was possible to have it, but I didn’t see any change — which is guacamole.• There should be more lighting in the bathroom, especially above the sink. Adding two more lights would be helpful if possible.• The sauna is a bit weak. If possible, it would be better to have a stronger heater. Also, it would be great if they could open it at 5 am for early exercise.Other than these points, everything is perfect — the location, the service, and the staff are all excellent.

Location and rooms based on value are perfect.

Need to be more clean, old towels and damaged electronics such as iron and hair dryer. Room seevice took more than one hour and three calls to replace the hair dryer.

Room size and clean

The breakfast needs more attention. Front desk lady (didn't get her name) she needs to be more friendly not aggressive way.

Location is very good., neer the city center.. little bit sad in breakfast because no rice. pilipino always had this stuff during bfast. hope next time around rice is available.

No bar like in Hilton.

The entire staff, from security, valet, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant and management were extremely helpful and accommodating.

There were a few minor issues related to no hot water and other plumbing problems, but these were addressed promptly by the staff and management.

Location

Room size and design

Breakfast has no variety and below average. Most of the coffee machines does not work.

Comfortable

Laundry prices too high .. long time to collect the cloths

Staff was amazing, room was super clean and location was so convenient. We loved our stay there, and we highly recommend it.

Highly recommended. Good value. Nice rooms and great service and staff. Location was great. Walkable with a lot of cafes around.

Great location

Air quality extremely poor. Bad ventilation throughout the hotel. Low oxigen, stale air. Very unpleasant to get back to the room and smell unhealthy air. Confort means also air quality not just good forniture, and this hotel didn't live up to my standards. Also perfuming the room is not a substitute for lack of oxigen or fresh air.

Location, the size of the apartment and the price.

My stay at Dusit Doha Hotel was truly exceptional. The elegant design and high-quality service reflect the hotel’s outstanding standards. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the great entertainment options that make you feel at home. The variety and quality of the restaurants add a special touch to the experience, and the staff’s warm and attentive service makes you feel valued from the moment you arrive. A hotel that is absolutely worth visiting.

Very nice rooms, comfortable and great facilities including the beach

Disappointing stay.staff were not flexible or supportive, and refused a simple late checkout even th

Despite being a loyal repeat guest, the hotel showed no flexibility when I requested just a 2 PM checkout due to a delayed flight. The request was refused without any effort to support me or offer alternatives. For a 5-star hotel, the lack of empathy and rigid attitude was very disappointing and far below expected hospitality standards.
