The receptionist was very nice and friendly. I really appreciate that.

The room service is so bad and people there are so mean.

The staff. They are very kind, helpful and solution oriented. Secondly the location, Msheireb is really center of the rail system and one of the station gates are in front of the building.

Our stay at this hotel was truly beyond our expectations. Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the place was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and every detail reflected genuine care and professionalism.I would especially like to mention "Plum", the guest relation officer, who made a remarkable difference during our stay. She was exceptionally friendly, always helpful, and carried a warm smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Her dedication and positive attitude created such a comfortable and pleasant experience for us. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness.I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding service.

Very clean, location was amazing 10 mins walking to the souq. Staff were extremely nice.

Parking was outdoor and slots not property marked which let me to hit my car with the invisible shade stand.

Firstly they don't encourage using any 3 Party booking platforms. Like I booked through booking.com and bluntly refused to credit my marriot bonvoy points. The rooms were clean but very average and would be 3/5 in terms of value for money. Requested for some maintenance which was never done. The breakfast was an average spread, the coffee was horrible and offerings were very minimal. The staff (Louisa) was very courteous and nice.Overall not a great experience Thanks

Arriving at the location is not straightforward; I had to go around in the neighborhood and access from the back. Lack of hotel signage for car arrival. Lack of understanding underground parking

The room was comfortable enough and clean. I appreciated that there was water provided everyday which was a wonderful thing. I only went for the breakfast one day (a Saturday) and the options were many, which I appreciated.

Their in-house dining menu is very limited, and has less options for people who have a dietary restriction (low sugar meals, no dairy, no gluten). Breakfast was not included into the room price which made it quite challenging,

Excellent hotel, great location. Direct access to the metro right from the hotel entrance, unfortunately the metro entrance was under reconstruction, so we have to cross a busy street. The room was large, with a huge and an amazing rain dance shower in a spacious shower area. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect value for money.
