I felt gross staying here with how dirty it was. The shower water was freezing cold and never warmed up. I was desperate for a place to stay, and this was bottom of the barrel.

Staff were very polite
Hot water taking at least 30 minutes to heat up I thought was ridiculous. It was a late stay and all we wanted to do was take a hot shower and get some rest before our next flight.

The pictures in the photo must be old because it looks so fresh and so new in the space. I had a last minute booking and came to the hotel 2 hours after it was booked, and had to wait 20 minutes extra for my room to be Inspected and for my reservation to be updated. I was only there for a few hours as i needed a rest, a shower before making an early flight. The room I booked was huge, so really good for families. And very clean

Location is eeh... Basics in the area but not great for walking around at night.
The size of the apartment. The location was very central. Close to conveniences.We had issues with water pressure but they moved us and were very helpful.My spouse was quite ill during our stay requiring an ambulance and the staff were very supportive.
There was a sizeable kitchen but equipt with a fridge and a microwave only. No crockery, cutlery or cooking facilities. We had to buy an electric cooktop and eating utensils.Our original unit had no water pressure so we couldn't shower.
Check In/Out process is so quick. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable
There is a huge amount of construction activity all around the hotel. There is no car access and even walking to the hotel entrance was hazardous and unsafe. I was told that the work would be completed in the next one week but I have my doubts - it may take several weeks so worth checking before booking.
