Concorde Hotel Doha

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, we arrived at 2 AM we received the rooms at 5.30 The room wasn't clean at all cigarette ashes were all over the floor although we requested a non-smoking room they gave us a smoking room

I enjoyed my stay and everything was up to my expectations, nice and helpful team (house keeping)

The access card/key wasn't functioning properly for 3 days!

Prime location, and somewhat friendly staff. Loved how close the hotel was to the metro station.

The hotel was not soundproof, and I had trouble sleeping on both nights, while the staff on duty did not particularly want to do anything about it! I could hear the cleaners cleaning nearby rooms and banging doors, I could listen to my neighbors' conversations, AND the pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

Very good personnel always ready to help. Room service was fantastic. Housekeepers as well.

The dining they have amazing food and all the personnel very friendly. The room is spacious.

Have more facilities as five star they do not have. At least to the room which I have stayed in.

Unfortunately, the behavior of one staff member named Babina was disappointing. She appeared rude and ignored requests. I asked her twice for ketchup during breakfast, but it was never provided, and we finished our meal without receiving it.

Rooms are big , gym and spa area . Very safe , big pool and nice out side area . It is close to metro and public transport , and old market , it is quiet . Cleaning personnel was really nice and responsive .

Breakfast , hotel is old , not enough towels , spa facilities needs upgrades . Parking is was terrible and dirty . Area around is not good and clean.

Bad parking room to much bad and old tv not working the bathroom have bad smell they dont give towel if you ask the say all in lundry

I had a very pleasant stay at Concorde Hotel. The location is great, close to many services and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and good attention to detail.

Overall good experience. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating. Good location. room relatively a bit more spacious than I thought.

However, Quite a surprise , there was no non-smoking room available despite the reserved non-smoking room in advance.. I was made awaiting 20mins to get another room ready despite late check-in.. I still find out that the provided room is also smoking, smell traces of smoke despite being sprayed with room fragrance. bathroom amenities such as bath towel only one despite being family visitors. a bit old looking hotel look from within.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff were extremely professional and welcoming. Special thanks to Ahmed Al-Jarrah for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. He truly made my stay more pleasant and smooth.

Nothing worth mentioning. Everything was excellent.

The bedsheet was dirty The toilet not clean the public toilet is better the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life

Old furniture. The reception staff wasnt honest. I ask him if there is any construction around he told me no. I woke up early morning by the construction machine sound

Stayed her for 9 days. It’s a five star hotel that didn’t feel like one. It wasn’t value for money at all. The mini bar has only 2 black tea bags on a daily basis. No selection of other variety of teas e.g green or chamomile tea etc. Though the rooms were cleaned everyday, house keeping always forget to put towels in my bathroom. I had to call and request for towels a after every housekeeping and it was really tiring. My sheets weren’t changed even though I leave the card on the bedside drawer and my towels,even if I intentionally left them on the bed and on the arm rest of the chair in the room, they were never changed. I had to start dropping them off the toilet floor or the bedroom floor to indicate I want a change. Even though the policy of the hotel clearly states that only towel hung on the toilet hanger will not be changed as that is an indication of reuse. Mine of the reception guys that I met and told him I had a delivery and want to pick it up, he said there wasn’t delivery for me as they would have called my room. I showed him the delivery message and picture I received the day before showing their concierge received it and he still said there wasn’t a delivery for me. I had to come back the following day to meet another shift and showed them same picture and he went into their storage and brought it out.
