Great location, large and very comfortable rooms

Tiny issue.. the shower floor isn't level and water pooled. That was it. Everything big else was amazing

The staff were lovely, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The hotel is superbly located directly across the road from Souq Waqif and within easy walking distance of other major attractions.Unfortunately, our stay was very brief due to a flight cancellation, and we only had around three hours in the room. Even so, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious and wonderfully quiet.The buffet breakfast is absolutely worth the additional cost — it was excellent and started from 6:30am, which was perfect for our early departure. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Doha.

The shower drain was blocked and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. As we checked in around 3am, we only discovered this when we had our first shower and chose not to notify staff until checkout at 6:30am so we could get some sleep. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was excellent.

I paid to have a suit with Swimming pool as the discerption on booking.com and room has nothing from what was mentioned on booking.com and when I wanted to cancel I couldn't because the hotel and booking.com customer service start playing games, Hotel staff blaming booking.com and booking.com blaming the hotel!! 6 hours and I could not solve the issue!!

The staff was not helpful and friendly And also it was a very bad welcoming And we spotted to check in at 3: pm but they gave us the rooms 9 pm

Nothing honestly

The hotel is situated in the old part of Doha - right next to the Souq Waqif.The Souq Waqif Metro station is nearby and the Corniche and Museum of Islamic Art are 10 or 15 minuteswalking distance away. Although my suite ( no 337 ) was facing Bank Street, I had a peaceful sleep every night of my stay.The service from Islam at the Front Desk was excellent. Shan, Khalid and Shajib took care of my suite and ensured that there were enough water bottles, and fresh towels when required during my 5 night stay.

For me as a Westerner, I think the food selection could have been better.

Comfortable not extravagant hotel, a bit on the old side but super well located with great service and comfortable beds.

Excellent location, close to popular attractions such as Souq Waqif and Msheireb. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

I like all the service the hotel offered , the cleanness of the room , the breakfast , the good manners that the staff have and l loved the location of the hotel.

The price was a bit on the high side, and the furniture looked old and not modern.

Location near by the most visited places sooq Waqif/Msheriband even Korneesh street.Easy to get a taxi with fare rates.The staff are very kind, helpfull and professional.Cleaning om daily basis and even extra on request if needed will be done fast

The breakfast need to have more varieties and high quality Chiefs, the rooms should have Bein sports channels specifically we are in Qatar

Everything is amazing location unbelievable not next everything is inside everything. The staff are amazing cleanless top food top staff in the restaurant top. Really tanks for everyone. The suite amazing. Metro station just cross the road and you can reach the airport veeeeeery easy. Taxi station every thing fenomenel....

I love my room even it did not have a balcony. The breakfast was excellent and the room size perfect. The location also was a most as it was located next to Wakif Souq.

Staff at the front desk like Adel and Islem were very professional. Idem for the concierge and the guys that operate security. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and prompt.Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

Let the pictures speak.!!(((I really tried to overlook it))), but what happened was too much.Poor cleanliness, and my car was returned scratched. Very disappointed.

We had a very nice and large room with view of the souq. It was so comfortable, the bed was amazing with down pillows and duvet. It was also very quiet, not a sound from the corridor was heard through the door. We slept so good. We were always welcomed by the staff in a friendly way and received great service form everyone. I would come back here! It was so much nicer than what I imagined from the photos. The breakfast was super good and so much different food. Excellent gym.

Very attentive staff and the hotel is literally across the street from the Souk and there is always somewhere to eat at the Souj or explore. The note is also right near a NTERO stop which is very easy to use for exploration. Breakfast is varied and excellent. I'd stay there again!
