City Centre Rotana Doha

Staff assistance room facilities location to metro connection to mall food and beverages

nothing everything was perfect

The reception staff was very kind and helpful Location, the room

The bathroom could be better The cleaning staff and room service need some improvement

Cleanliness, fast room service, good cleaning, clean rooms & bathrooms. They offered complementary breakfast and complementary fruits and desserts on arrival

Pillows! They didn’t have enough foam pillows for me & my wife. The regular pillows were very uncomfortable

Clean hotel, well maintained, friendly staff and location as it connected to City Center mall

It is 5 stars hotel but not a luxury hotel. Some items are not provided in the bathroom unless you ask for. Upon arrival, I have been provided with an option to being upgraded from one bedroom suite to one bedroom apartment but at 50% discount per night. I have accepted the offer as the room I have originally booked was not available and needs to wait to check in time at 2pm although I have requested early check in. The apartment was good with 2 bathroom but unfortunately the bathroom at setting area was not having bidet. This thing should be provided in all bathrooms as we are in GCC

Everything... from the start...reception staff were great, especially the Tunisian guy...i forget his name...he welcomed us with a voucher for kids to play in fun city in city center mall ...as a gentle compensation for waiting to receive the apartment...the swimming pool staff were welcoming...handed the complementary towels and bottles of water to the kids each day while entering the pool area...these small detailes distinguish the excellent welcoming spirits hotel from the average ones...so thank you for our lovely stay

Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent. The management showed great attention to detail from even before our arrival until the moment we checked out. The location is perfect, directly connected to the mall. The staff provided wonderful service, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. If I return to Doha, I will most likely choose to stay here again.

The stay was great overall. My only suggestion is to add a bit more lighting in the room — it would make the stay even better.

From the very start at check in the staff were so professional and welcoming. We loved everything about our experience and stay! We especially loved the lounge access where we could opt to have breakfast there or the main restaurant, afternoon tea and evening snacks. It was a really wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

Nothing, all was great.

Excellent location , clean , hotel vibes , friendly staff . I simply liked everything about the hotel .

Location, staff, facilities are super

Late room cleaning

It was so clean and very comfortable

It’s not easy to find it and it’s like a boards for directions which make locate the property a little bit difficult

Quiet, room was clean and staff was exceptional.

Availability of USBSwimming pool close around 7 pm for kids. Th

I’d like to thank the entire Rotana team—from security to reception.Everything was great! Exceptional room service, excellent customer care, and clean, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access to the mall.My kids especially loved the swimming pools! We’ll definitely be back again for sure.

Easy mall access and strategic location in West Bay. The Caramel Lounge, with Kim being the most professional, helpful out of all staff.

We booked our stay for 6 nights, including breakfast. For 3 days we were unable to find a table in the restaurant to get our breakfast because it was full, and overbooked. We got absolutely no compensation even though we paid for breakfast with our stay, no apologies, no professional approach to make it up to us. When we complained about it to the staff on the reception we were received with a rude tone and no understanding of the matter. All our complains to Olive Oil restaurant were simply ignored and got no response at all. Upon checkout we were charged the full amount despite their error and unprofessionalism. This is the last time we book at this property! Extremely unprofessional and zero customer service.

great locationvaluet team and reception are great

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s clean and the room is good size. The bed is comfortable and the shower is strong.Room temperature is controllable. Overall I enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Place, clean , friendly staff , excellent service

The pillow it was not comfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel, as for the whole city, is top level. Room was spacious with a very nice city view. There is an entrance directly to the mall, so that is helpful.

Breakfast could have more variety.

location facilities comfortable

valet parking

I enjoyed the buffet iftar at almus restaurant. But was not satisfied with the sahoor,s set menu although the room service at 2.0am is always on time.Similarly, the end of sahoor at Rawche restaurant set at 1.0am is hardly observed as we went there at 12.05am and they had closed.

Everything was perfect. The room the view and the pool and of course the location. It is linked to city center mall where you can find carrefour and many other shops. Linked to the metro station DECC and to 3 other hotels where you can dine or have lunch.
