Price and location.

The room was not properly cleaned but for the price it wasn't too bad

For just asuggestio.they need to prepare the toiletries prior to the guest arrival coz in our experience we stayed in familt 3 bhk apartment we dnt have towels slippers we request how many times but its been long time to give and Good points we like is the pool timing is enjoyable there..

Location is near by shops and some restaurants.Staff are helpful and cooperative Rooms are big

Parking sometimes crowded

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel no one disturb us and also thanks to housekeeping staff very attentive.

First of all upon check in they as for security deposit for 300 but on the website it says only 200, but its okay the thing is we didn’t know that theres a “extra guest charge” for 200 riyals i dont even have much visitor less than 7 pax only. They should write on the website about this charge.

however, I mentioned that we are 3 persons. one room is fit for 2 and the sofa bed was supposed to be for the third person but the sofa unfortunately was too small that she couldn't lie down on. moreover, the parking is tooooooo Narrow.

no parking space (despite that the reservation mentions a dedicated free parking. instead of providing a parking slot, the employee request us to parking in the middle of the road or on the pavement), employee attitude.

Very old furniture and overpriced. Not clean.

AC system is very cold and unadjustable. No hot water in the apartment. We experienced shortages in the parking

Reasonable ratio price quality they need to ameliorate the quantity of the housekeeping but almost good compared to the price of the others hotels in this period The rooms are big and spacious fit well for family with more than two kids

The quality housekeeping service because it take time to serve .

The pool is dirty and the towel is bad smells if you request them another towels they don’t give

Basement Parking spaces are very limited (15max), over the weekend it’s very difficult to find parking. The hotel is in the centre of a busy and crowded area where most of the occupants in the area are single males.

They’re hands on everything your requesting some kitchen equipment.

They’re asking the deposit amount 200 QR yet they didn’t return the money. Then they have papers beside of the table of receptionist there’s no written policies that it’s not refundable.

Bad internet facility and bed was not provided to my youngest son.

The room is comfy.

During buffet breakfast, staff is not refilling the food. Swimming pool timing.

Our stay was smooth and pleasant, thanks to the outstanding staff. Tristan at the front desk was professional and welcoming. The bellboy kindly handled our many suitcases, and the restaurant staff provided attentive service during breakfast. Their hospitality made our experience truly comfortable and memorable.

The breakfast wasn't a buffet as expected but it was the only decent part of the stay.

The quality of the room, the furniture and everything was well below the quality expectations for a four star hotel. Can not recommend this quality for any family looking for a decent get away. There were several rooms in our level that had awfully loud music playing all night. The air-conditioning was not working well and kept us up all night. We ended up leaving early because of the disappointment unfortunately. Even the pools didn't offer towels!!!

Staff 8th floor were helpless, since they offer paid massage then dont want you to use sauna without massage ..

3 or 2 stars only deserve

The welcoming was cold. At reception . The looby looks nice to 3 stars hotel not 4 for sure The big disaster is the room can even give one star for it . The ac making noise . The forniture is rubbish. Wall full of stains of blood food. The tv inside room is 32inch or maybe less i can't remember and not working at all . Fridge making Noise . I stayed for 5 or 6 Hours then i check out i was Able to sleep in that condition I complained to the receptionist. About . They mention renovation work is going to for the rooms but i can't understand why they give me a 10 years old room property. The excuse was worse then the room . Better improve the staff communication and the property standard not 4* for sure . erything

From the reception to the housekeeping they’re very nice and accommodating, the place is clean and very relaxing, specially the pool.
