Zubarah Hotel

the food in the restaurant was fine

the staff at the reception seemed to me underqualified. Also the restaurant they were rather absent

nothing was good to be honest

every think the bathroom wasn’t clean the toilet paper was used and not new, they forgot to take the left over food from the person who was staying before me the bed wasn’t clean enough, worse than this there was no valet!

Location

The receptionist was very rude, they wanted to apply different policies than the one with Booking and claimed that the policies weren’t communicated through them and we should reach to booking

Welcoming staff reception, security

There was no sandals

Staff very friendly and quick to respond and provide services

Water kettle and cups not clean

I have been in several hotels in Qatar and even exclusive hotels but only in Zubarah Hotel i experienced very comforting bed quality that gives me satisfying sleeping experience. Rooms are clean and peaceful. Others must try this hotel :)

The true after the first impression, everything was bad

Dirty, dirty, even if I call to clean they made bad. The massage was so so. When they say welcome ask for a good feedback. The security fallow me even when he was in the moment of my check in, but was in the phone.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful ? The place is very comfortable and quiet, with clean and well-organized rooms. The reception staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The security team at the entrance were attentive, supportive, and greeted us with a smile, which made us feel even more comfortable. Parking is well managed, and the overall service was excellent and efficient. Even the restaurant stood out with its delicious food and pleasant atmosphere.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike during my stay. Everything was smooth and pleasant overall.

Location

The room I booked wasn’t available Facility finishes and cleaning need to be improved TV doesn’t work

Staff need to improve their hospitality and way of interacting as it was not very pleasant and they are always in bad mood it seem from their face.

TV was never working and they are keep on telling that it is under repair since three days but no clarity when asked

Very high quality finishing building and fancy furniture, value the price.

There is a room to improve the quality of the reception stuff morning, afternoon and night shift All needed proper training, however they are good people.

The staff are friendly and grant my request in manly

Elevator so old

Exceptional interior, great value for money

Location was not good, and I heard sensual voices from the room right next to mine, there was no sound proof system

Staff is good and helpful

As I saw in Google this hotel was five stars, however there were no basic amenities in the room like tissue paper, slippers, toothbrushes, shaving kit etc.I had to call 2-3 times to get each item but this was quiet disappointing since all this has to be arranged ahead of time. There is no swimming pool and the gym is very small. Apart from that, if you wish to watch TV, there is no YouTube Netflix since it was very old version TV.Also the room had only 1 side table

Everything was excellent the location, staff, environment

The Television was on local channels no access to other functions ??

Everything was good although we stayed there only for one night we had a good experience. There was a lady in reservation who was super friendly and other guy helped us to choose best room!

Cleanliness was good except some of the common areas, like bathroom and coffee table.

The hotel is a bit old but very nice and with a good service Enjoyed Arabic breakfast and lentil soup at the restaurant there as well

Pleasant

At 9 am they knocked very hard and almost open the door toAsk if we will check out. Its very early to check out and how come they come to open the door.. i
