It was not as in the information,,, supposed to be a sea view room, but the room provided was not,It was a pool view

As it was in the information once I had done the booking, as a sea view

The adventure park:great games for adults and kidsKids club: specious, nice with activities.Kids pool was nice but needs renovation, which is affecting value for money.

Value for money:The whole island needs renovationThe staff needs more training and they are understaffed.The whole Island needs thorough cleaning.

Nice mixing of sea and green nature. Verl welcoming and friendly staff.

The staff at Breakfast were amazing and friendly. The guys around the resort who were always on hand to point us in the right direction.The staff at Adventure park were exceptionally amazing! And those at the kids pool! The check-in at the hotel could have been more personable.

The staff at the Spa werent welcoming. It felt more like it was a chore to show us around.The lady at check-in (sri lankan lady) didnt provide us with correct advice. She wasnt sure of certain answers to questions. For a luxurious resort, it didnt feel very luxurious. We should have been courteously shown around. It was more like go explore yourself".

Great gateway especially for family. Great quality of food and selection.

Staff unfortunately were really not to the par. You order something and bring immediately the bill before you even consume. Unfortunately even though it was late check-in, no introduction to facilities was given the following day. To and from an island is major issue though boats are available but timings are just off. Major issue with flies …

The overall staff is exceptional, especially Khalil from the port side, and Ashraf and Shona from the front desk are excellent, providing very professional services. The team tries its best to keep the customer satisfied.

The schedule between the port and the island needs reconsideration regarding timing.

Its not clean the sheets smells so bad * i had my one year and half baby and i requested a king bed and theey didn’t give me a bed with king mattress plus i was celebrating my anniversary with a husband and he sleeps in a different bed ..

Amazing hotel resort, clean and comfortable rooms, private pool and complimentary sweets and chocolates, friendly and helpful staff, I will definitely comeback and also will refer to others

Need water to clean dirty and sandy feet in front of the main entrance

Everything about the property was nice. Specially the staff were helpful and very friendly

The boats timings as there are no boats for people going for the town late at night

Check in was not as per the time and we have waited 1 hour after the check in time to go and find the villa surrounded with garbage and staff still remove and cleaning

It was clean and well designed with a A great place to stay and enjoy with family or friends. Has different great options of activities, restaurants with an outstanding services

Enjoifull, private and tranquility.

They need put electrical outlet in the bathroom. And get one app to book cars to leave the room, and put sound on the beach.

I loved how it has a balcony that shows the beach and how clean the room is

I didn’t like that there was no activities to do and there were no many pools to enjoy you should add waterslides for the adults or activities for the adults

The AC was not working right the whole time. The facility asked us to change room un the last minute of our stay. We even booked and chose with dinner bit with final booking the "with dinner" was taken off and we paid for that choice. I dont know what happen.
