Mathema Premium Aparthotel Doha

Everything is good, staff very nice we love stay there

Floor was dusty and in king bed mattresses 2 single,it’s not comfortable at all hopefully they will fix that!

It’s cool for a short stay especially for leisure with friends, it’s a very good value fir money.

The fact that their TV are not smart ? can’t play YouTube at all

Didn't have Breakfast. Unfortunately. Next time

They charged me for Ice which, I think, should be complimentary

Location

I asked to stay in the highest for or quite room. They give me a room with parking view, I heard even the steps and the cars across,it was too annoying. No soap, no robe, the bathroom doesn’t shut because it cracks on the floor.

Receptionists were so accommodating and helpful.

No coffeeNo toothpaste and toothbrush

The location was great.

The bed and the mattress was so uncomfortable. It gave me back pain.

The staff were amazing radesh was so nice and sweet and helpful the bell boy i’m not sure what hes name is but i think it was hassan he was so cute and gentle he was very careful with the covid-19 rules.

Location is great Staff are friendly

Apartment was extremely dirty mainly the floor The carpet in the public areas is filthy dirty.Pillows extremely uncomfortable

The location is so excellent and room facility is clean as well.

The reception guy agreed to late check out at 15:00 and the next day said again need check out 14:00 . They should tell exact timing before check in.

I loved the location and the price was very pocket friendly

The staff are a bit slow and room service is very poor

Not satisfied

They let us check in exactly at 3pm though rooms are not fully booked food is not good and lil pricey especially fkr the breakfast not satisfied

Friendly staff. Clean room that is well designed. And the staff went to measures to find a lighter to light the birthday candles.

The only setback was how some bulbs are busted so it was dim. Then sone kitchen supplies were damaged too.

Property location is fantastic, easy to reach and the hotel is good looking, the studio room is tight and bad looking, bathroom is a bit lacking hygiene, the room doesn’t deserve the money we paid for it

Near to the park and mall

The staff name AHMED at the front desk is RudeRoom is horrible Expensive

- The location is terrific at the heart of Dafna with marvelous view on the surrounding towers- Spacious room with decent facilities- Very helpful staff with prompt response- Very generous providing late check-out upon request- Availability of two TV sets with HDMI connectivity for extended entertainment- Possibility of ordering food through online delivery services- Accessibility of fitness facilities all the time- Equipped with 6 fast moving lifts- All the technical issues were solved promptly by technician

- The food is not of high standard and extremely expensive compared to local restaurants- Underground parking is not accessible by lift. Hence, always need to access the building through reception and lift all the heavy shopping bags for long distances- The indoor swimming pool was extremely cold and not heated up in the winter- Washing pods were not available for the dishwasher and not offered upon request

Great location and the service is excellent! friendly staff.. had a wonderful time.

The Location is excellent, serene, quite and calm. The Staffs are friendly and highly professional. The Facility is Absolute Value for Money and Top Notch Aesthetic Designs.

Spacious 2 bed apartment. Comfy beds, clean linen, 2 toilets, great coffee machine, great washing machine, good value for money.

Kitchen could have been better equipped as we are a family of five. TV in the bedroom didn’t work and the swimming pool was very cold.

I like the friendliness and professional assistance of the Filipino Receptionist. Lobby and reception area was good.

The room was very worst, it didn’t match the pictures they displayed in booking.com. Came to feel relax after a 6 long working days but it end up a very worst stay.. Also we have requested a good room with good view as it was our first time to book their hotel and it was acknowledged by the “reservation team” but unfortunately they put us on the 2nd floor and upon going out the lift the carpet is too much dirty going to the rooms im not sure if all the floors are like that.. Requested for coffee mug and other toiletries took for a very long time in the end they gave the other toiletries but no coffee mug.. I have killed 2 flies in the room also.. Management should call for pest control.. While taking shower all water flooded inside the bathroom floor and went outside the bathroom as well. OVERALL STAY WAS VERY WORST and Definitely will never come back again.. FIRST IMPRESSION LAST!

I like the spacious room and the bed. Very comfortable

The check in process took 20-25minutes which was so long. The bathroom has really unpleasant smell. The microwave and fridge smelly.
