The pool and the location.

The service is really bad. Starting from when we first arrived, there was 1 lady from the reception desk who took a couple before me although I came before them for check-in! As if I were invisible! Then at around 11:30 pm I requested for an extra bed and I paid for it, this guy "Mark or Mike"told me that they will give me the bed immediately and that I will not wait for too long. However, I have waited approximately 2 hours just to receive the extra bed! He was very rude and unprofessional. I called the reception desk so many times and they kept on saying just 2mins, 5mins, etc.. but it ended up waiting for almost 2 hours for this extra bed! I'm very disappointed.

The worst staff they don’t know how to treat a guest they left me waiting .. they scammed me I paid for 2 nights and then changed the flight so I had to stay 1 night and they didn’t refund me they payment of 1 night ..

My recent stay at Marsa Malaz Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The hotel’s ambiance is a perfect balance of luxury and comfort, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a truly memorable experience.The housekeeping team, in particular, deserves special recognition for their outstanding professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Their warm gestures, including the personalized welcome note, added a very personal and heartwarming touch to my stay.The service across the hotel was consistently attentive, courteous, and efficient. Every staff member I interacted with demonstrated genuine care and dedication to ensuring guests enjoy their time to the fullest. The facilities were immaculate, and the atmosphere throughout the property reflected elegance and refinement.Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and sincerely appreciate the efforts of the entire team. Marsa Malaz Kempinski sets a benchmark for hospitality, and I will gladly recommend it to others while looking forward to my next visit.

Like all resorts where there are activities all day long to entertain kids and adults. Kempinski didn’t plan any activities for the kids like shows and games etc.. there was only one small kids club for 4 years old and less. Not suitable for 10&12 years old. It was boring and no water sports either as the person who is responsible of it was sick. For summer vacation better go out of qatar if you prefer entertainment and good activities for the kids. Here in qatar even in most expensive resorts no activities or shows are planned during summer unfortunately this is not the first time. If qatar wants to attract tourists they should plan at least traditional show in hotels like we find in most of the resorts around the world keep tourists entertained during the day and at night too, have fun ! Finally value is less than the price we paid for. Only buffet is breakfast. No buffet in lunch or dinner. And the restaurants available in kempinski are way too expensive with poor menu.

The hotel's location is fantastic.. The room is spacious and the staff is excellent.. The breakfast is varied and the restaurant staff is professional, especially their supervisor, she was the epitome of good manners and dealing..

What I didn't like was the way the rooms were cleaned.. On the first day it was excellent.. On the second and third day they didn't bring towels, didn't change the bed sheets, didn't bring tissues, just made the bed, and on the fourth day they didn't clean the room at all

Everything, specifically the staff and the service. They even gave me late check out because I had a weeding at their hotel. They are truly the best. Best location. Best service and best staff. Thank you so much!!!

The standout for me was the professional and kind service from the staff—especially a team member named Kirill, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a better room.Check-in was smooth, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were high quality.Breakfast: offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, with attentive staff ensuring everything was replenished promptly.Location: Perfectly located near key attractions and easily accessible by car or public transport.

One staff member ( Who speaks Arabic) was less helpful and showed an unfriendly attitude during my initial inquiry about the room issue. But a team member named Kirill, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a better room.

This trip was very special to me—it was my first time visiting Qatar alone with my daughters, and Kempinski made it truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.The experience was one of the most luxurious, comfortable, and intimate I’ve ever had. I absolutely loved everything about this place—from the elegant decor to the exceptional service. The staff were outstanding: respectful, responsive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the chef and staff were incredibly attentive and cheerful every morning. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference to our experience.Kempinski made our mother-daughter trip not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. I can’t wait to return.

The restaurants here are below expectations — very expensive considering the quality and portion sizes of the food.One small suggestion: it would be wonderful to see more traditional Middle Eastern options on the breakfast menu. Since Qatar is an Arab country, including more local flavors would offer tourists a richer cultural experience and allow Arab guests like myself to feel even more at home.

Return to the hotel with another nice stay with all staff very friendly (especially Aboud, Noor, Ahmad) and was able to access all the services available with great kids club available to make the stay relaxed and fun with a variety of pools to enjoy.

Need to improve the Breakfast variety but Head Chef was always warm and welcoming to helpWould be good to ensure there is more frequent cleaning of pools as there was a lot leaves, branches and items Disappointing experience in Public House restaurant for dinner with no service that made us leave

If you like the extravagant type of hotel, this is the place to be. The staff are professional, very polite and helpful.The breakfast is very good with a wide variety.Highly recommended

The experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The place is refined, and every staff member treated us with the courtesy of a presidential palace—down to the smallest detail. ? If I have one tiny “complaint,” it’s that everything was so perfect, I’m not sure how I’ll ever settle for another place again!

The staff on the check in gave me hard time with my id and long time to check in And on the check out there was only 1 staff working at 11am the rush hour for check out and it was loong queue
