Hotel is very old furniture is too used and smelly hallways carpet not clean I don¿t recommend this place

The hotel is new and well equipped Location is perfect with restaurants nearby Souq Waqif is few kilometers from the hotelThe service desk was very helpful with quick response

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Number of Towels , no medium or small towels was in the room. Conditioner should be separated from shampoo. The faucet was too far from the sink the water splash out .The breakfast was good but limited . No variety of cheese, nuts and fruits .And no fresh juices.

To start with, you will be dealing with the most talented and professional staff here. I had a medical emergency, they requested an ambulance for me to assist me. Moreover, a supervisor, a manager, and a general manger were there for me to help me and make sure everything going well, they are the nicest. They considered me as a family member, not like a customer and business. However, I had lunch in their restaurant in the second floor, the food more than fantastic. There was a verity of choices that you cannot stop eating from them. It is a really full buffet, not a joke. For the parking it was easy to park, and staff are ready to help you in this matter 24/7. For the room, it was very very comfortable and clean like your real home “ I meant this” they take care of small details during the housekeeping. The location is all you need, you are in the middle of the city, you are in the nearest location to all major activities and locations. At the end, I am going to rebook in this hotel because my family “including the kids” enjoyed the stay here and felt warm. Thank you so much.

The lobby is connected to a smoking Cafe which made it uncomfortable. Not smooth check in..took sometime I didn't like that in the shower there is no hand -held bidet

The Hotel is in an excellent quiet location near plenty of restaurants. The Hotel staff is kind courteous & always willing to assist. Rooms are nice & clean. I would highly reccomend a stay here.

The food we ordered was v.tasty

1. The pool should have been heated2. There should have been at least 2 chairs in the room3. A microwave would have been good4. There should be a free shuttle service to and from the airport even if booked from booking.com5. A spoon or a stirrer for coffee or tea

The hotel is excellent, very safe, and impeccably clean. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast is luxurious and very diverse. The location is perfect very close to the metro station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Highly suitable for families, and I will definitely stay here again.

I appreciated the variety of breakfast food. I was treated very well by staff when seated. The environment was very pleasant.

The windows were not noise proof. We could hear all night the fans at the ground floor though we were staying at 15th floor. The breakfast options were limited and same every day. The room needs more deep cleaning. The curtains were somehow “smelly” when moved.We think that a 5-star hotel should have more amenities in the room such as Coffee machines, minibar, and bath robes.

Location, Value for money, Staff.

Coffee machine in restaurant needs immediate upgrade. Can’t start the day with that coffee. Shower area, should have flexible shower. Didn’t enjoyed shower.

They are really cooperative and so kind with customers and them prices are really reasonable and they help customers for late check out ❤️ and they are so clean
