Everything about the property exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the natural light that filled the rooms, and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would absolutely stay again or recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

Overall, my experience was very positive, it would It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but addressing it could make the stay even more enjoyable. That said, everything else about the property more than made up for it, and I’d still highly recommend it.

The cleanliness and also the smell that used to emanate from the bathrooms of the rooms and the furniture is dilapidated and also classified by the Ministry of tourism as one star, while the booking site has 3 stars

The receptionist were excellent, the room was good and comfortable, but the internet was very slow and I hope the hotel management can do something about it, in overall the hotel is top notch.

Very Clean Room, Nice Staff and Best Location.

Bed and toilet not meet to standard. Especially the bed is spring get my body hurts.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with the bidet in the bathroom inside the room which where we stayed. It seems to be damaged, resulting in water continuously falling onto the floor. This poses a potential hazard as it not only creates a slippery surface but also increases the risk of accidents.

It's a good budget option with a nice sized park outside if you want to do a quick walk or run. Also a nice coffee shop just around the corner.

Could be cleaner and there are no facilities on location for food. So no breakfast or anything like this. The location is also not all that perfect.

Good hotel in general but increase too much the rate just for the world cup was an abuse. Wifi doesn't work to connect and work remotely.On the other hand receptionists were very friendly and helpul

Early check in was charged

The standard time for check-in at a hotel is 2pm . However, if a hotel has your room ready for you before that time, they often will allow you early check-in and access to your room.. But they asked me to pay Qatar rial 100 for early check-in...we don't have any other choice and paid the money for early check-in...

Behaviour of receptionist and they make us wait like more than 45mins even I book my room before 10 days still they make us wait like this also if the bedsheet get dirty why should we pay extra for that before booking there is nothing in written bt they charge us extra money for that which is really not a good thing.

the area very near to all the restaurants

just the key card, they need to replace everyday if you stay a more than a 2 days you need to call them and ask for the replacement or else you will not enter to your room

I like everything about the hotel

Actually I have to say this, I have stayed in this hotel as long stay guest two years before, and service was perfect, and i always chose this hotel for my staycation.But last night when i check in the reception offer me late checkout till 2 PM since I was regular guest, but next day at 12:20 one receptionist Philippine lady (Meera) i think, was calling me to checkout, i have told her that they offer me 2 PM late check out and she said no you have to checkout now! I said give me few minutes i will prepare my self and she said please checkout quickly otherwise hotel will deduct her salary for late check out!!! How is it even possible, when checkin they offer me late checkout and and next day insisting to checkout at 12?! From the beginning if you cannot give the late check out pls inform!!! I have been very annoyed with what happened and the hotel reputation that I had was ruined! Thank you

Spacious, sockets in all corners and towel looks clean.

Long wait to check in, too much papers and process. Untidy reception and waiting area.Requested check in and out time approved without extra charges and the day of check out, somebody knocked in the middle of my sleep telling me it's time to check out at around maybe quarter passed 12. And when i told the that my request for betweent 2 to 3 pm checkout has been approved, i was told that its is not possible and even i showed the email that it was approved, they denied and asking who approved. Extremely bad experience...like you are lying to them despite explaining that the request was made only once and received approval for check in and otlit separetely. No trolley for your heavy things, they are using dirty laundry trolleys used for collecting bed sheets.

Location, not too crowded.

Limited number of pillows and coffee amenities, no available slippers, telephone does not have an option to call the Reception or Housekeeping to request for amenities or for any other inquiry, TV is not working, Water temperature is too hot even if you try to adjust it, Bed is not comfortable to sleep on, only one available garbage bin...In the middle of the night, there are people in the corridor seems like working on something..

Because of not allow even 1 guest in executive suite. Floor dirty, washroom broken tiles and too much hot water Also there take my qid . In case police want check my QID what i do .
