Saray Musheireb Hotel and Suites

I liked the space, cleanness, and having two TV.

The Rooms need more towels. Some instant coffee, sugar pack for the morning.

Unclean rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel is quiet, clean and conveniently located. Everything you need is there: a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, a clothes drying rack, and an ironing board.

Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink. I recommend adding some tools to the kitchen.

When we arrive there's no free sleepers and toothbrush and wash face

Not good. Not worth the price. We check out early because we can't even afford to stay longer.

The property is old, dirty and the utensils are very old and rusty.

The smell was horrible. An apartment very far away was cooking and the smell of horrible spices was inside all of our rooms. Very poor ventilation. Had to take all my cloths to the laundery for the smell of chutney and cardamom and cumin to to away!

Public hygiene - especially in the Corridors at the time when we arrived

The location is amazing but the place is very dirty especially the corridors! The room size was good very comfortable.

Not clean and dirty. All the doors are old or broken. Water pressure in the shower was very terrible. Overall the place is not clean and could improve

The location was great. Very close to the main metro station. A very large room. Plenty of hot water.

The property is a bit dated. Kitchen utensils left a lot to be desired. No spatulas, table knives, a bread knife would be nice. No dish soap or laundry soap. Just a lot of little things missing. And the smoke detectors are covered and inoperative. Wi-Fi wired to the hall light so it’s always on.

The location was great. the customer care was also great . the receptionist was good and allowed us more 30 minutes to check out. the hotel lobby looks great as well. the rooms are spacious enough especially the living room.

The elevators and the corridors to the rooms had a very bad smell, the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and old. the place is a bit noisy maybe from the funs. one bedroom was next to another empty room still under construction which wasn't nice

many cockroaches , poor kitchen stuffing . Poor quality tv channels

Insects especially cockroaches every where in the apartment even in the beds .. I had many times pets control requests but no body care

The location was suitable to travel around the city as well as close to the airport.

The drainage system creates a bad odour in the suite.

They need to invest and spend more in pest control especially cockroaches

To be honest nothing i spend the worst night ever Bad smell i will not come again at all

Bathroom is the WORST. The bathtub is too small and there is a glass partition which made getting into and out of bathtub very difficult, I even asked hotel to remove the glass but they refused. Twice I slipped and fell Also there was a constant smell from bathroom drain

Apartment was clean

the front desk staff was rude not greeting upon arrival or during check-in. the apartment beside our had a dog, that keep barking at night .Same receptionist was there. she did nothing when I compline. per there policy pets are not allowed. the dog continue to bark the second day . the front desk informed me that they sent an email to the owner. Secondly the hotel is not save because any one can get to any floor without any restrictions

The smell of the apartment especially the toilet and kitchen was horrible the floors was full of dust and not clean ...etc

Room sizes and layout was good. The location was good as it was accessible to metro.

The toilet was smelly, we had to keep asking for towels, the shower was leaky and it meant our floor kept getting wet. The safe wasn’t working so we had to ask a few times before it was fixed. Cleaning was just making the bed.
