The staff was so good but they don’t have a concierge..so the poor security helped me

No parking bad TV OLD , the food was to bad

Big room, comfortable,value for money, location

The carpet in the sala was wet, i think the first people who stayed there before us spilled water in there, and the sofa had sweat smell.. its better to snitize the rooms,

Air condition not working well i have to wait up to tell 8 morning to come maintenance or change my room !

You need to improve abit like their was no slippers for washroom

I like the welcoming, and the room was cool good air condition no disturbance , was wonderful

the rooms are well organized and very clean the staffs are very friendly

Reception staff I can't remember name [Adnan, maybe] always nice welcome that make the stay joy & cosy, also security personel at the lobby.Though AC wasn't good.

We love the property,ambiance and comportable.but costumer service is verry bad????

It's only spacious

No hot water, no bath tab

Neat, clean and well managed, spacious suite room.

Didn’t provide tooth kits one have to ask for No parking available. Though there is roadside parking available opposite the hotel

The place is beautiful and feels comfortable and the staff at the reception is kind

What I didn't like was the towel was not enough and the room was verry cold even when the AC turned off

The cover bed wasn’t warm it was so cold throughout the night

Cleaning was fantastic

I didn't find television remote, sleepers, toothpaste and toothbrush inside room

I like the room location staff olso was friendly Special night shift staff they was to welcome and friend have good service

Two ladies ring my bell while on do not disturb mood

It was very nice and very clean . The place was in prime location specially for nepalies bcz nepali restaurants is very close

I think it’s quite expensive compared to other hotels but it’s okay bcz it is worthy

Missing the fridge to keeping my drinks cool hh

Brash and toothpaste was not in palace, youtube and Netflix was not working in the tv.

This hotel has excellent staff, right from the Security as you enter you feel welcomed, excellent communication skills, The receptionist was 1000+ professional. I enjoyed my night.

I didn’t like the fact that I could not reach the Restaurant at night to place an order,

The environment was nice and conducive

The Sony tv is old type it’s not smart it’s doesn’t support utube

Flexibility of Check-out

The central AC was leaking, and the carpet throughout the room was wet and smelled bad.The washbasin was clogged.The room smelled smoky.The reception did not answer calls when contacted from the room regarding any issues.
