The location, cleanliness and staff.

Elegant staff and accommodation. Loved our stay.

All the furniture was low to the ground making it challenging to keep items out of reach from our small child. Especially with the coffee maker and breakable items. A simple shelf or countertop in the living area would have been excellent.

The hotel was spacious and clean for its price.

It was not the hotel I actually booked. I was redirected.

Breakfast was great !

Would have preferred a window to outside. Our room was very nice but had NO windows because of how hotel is built.

Checkin was not good to 15:00 pm is too late & we are obliged to pay night before to be able to have roomI think they need to make check in by 10:00

Hotel was in the perfect location situated in the heart of the Souk Waqif and only a 2min walk to the underground metro which made getting around Doha very very easy. Loads of amazing restaurants around the hotel so loads of amazing options.

Once we were checked in they booked us into the wrong hotel, but once I spoke to the front desk they sorted out the issue very quickly which was great considering it was 2am in the morning. So thank you.

Great location in the center of the old market. Nice place to sit outside, drink lemon and mint cocktail and watch the night crowds walk by.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.A special thanks to Touheed and Saad for their warm hospitality and helpful service. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Bed is not particularly comfortable nor the pillows could use update.

The room was a nice size but the air conditioning just wasn't the best. We changed rooms and still it was a problem.

The car parking issues .Parking is not close to the hotel ,every time you need to use your car you have to call for golf cart to take you to the parking & the same when you comebackYou have to call the receptionist to send the golf cart for pickup. Sometimes, you have to make more than 10 calls to get someone to pick up the phone .Quite hiktik & frustrating.

The staff were helpful and their treatment was very elegant specially, SHAHIN, ANSAR & SAAD.I wish them all the best.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful, comfy beds and rooms! Great location in the Souq. Take a taxi, it’s much less than the car the hotel can arrange for you.

We loved the property but did not end up staying in the hotel we booked. Tivoli has 8 hotels in the souq, and for some reason we were given a room in a different hotel but it was comparable to what we booked and they took us there via cart shuttle

Excellent facilities, comfortable bed and good location. Excellent service.

The lighting in the bathroom could be a little better. Feels a tad dark.

We stayed at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli on 14th August (Building 6) and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. The Filipino receptionist was very welcoming, and when we checked out, Abdu (Indian staff) went above and beyond to help us all the way to the public parking — truly excellent service.The highlight of our stay was that it was my best friend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made the celebration extra special.We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality and special touches. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable ?❤️

So much. The location was unbearable, within the market. Short rides other places. The staff were the best I have experienced. Breakfast was lovely. The beds and. Bedding were comfortable, crisp and white. Whatever I needed was immediately provided. The room is for the cheaper price, the room was traditional and large. We loved our stay.

Our room was luxurious and spacious, with a view to the Pearl Island of Qatar and the bay. Staff was really helpful, they helped us with a golf cart to reach our hotel room. The hotel located just a few steps from the super clean Souq Waqif market full of handicrafts, souvenirs, perfumes and textiles.

Some WiFi outages.
